Chapter 14

As I started to tell Skyla what happened Lily appeared in the door way and looked down at me with an angry expression on her face then she started to walk up to me, I started to get scared so Cody held my hand tighter because he was sitting beside me and felt me shaking a little as Lily walked up to me then I was listening to what Lily was saying to Skyla. Skyla also saw I was scared so she moved to stand between me and Lily and Skyla looked straight at Lily and said,

"What do you won't Lily?, you are not welcome in this house anymore"

Lily stopped walking towards me and looked at Skyla,

"You can't say that to me! I'm your sister so you can't kick me out and if you do....."

Lily stopped and turn to face me,

"If this is your fault! You are going to pay for it I can tell you that now!!!" Lily said with hatred in her voice then Lily turned around and disappeared.

Sky turned around to face me and said,

"Don't worry sis I will never let her hurt you again."

I looked up at Sky and said,

"Thanks sis, I hope I never see her again though"

Sky hugged me tight and said,

"Don't worry you will never see her again and Cody and I will make sure of that okay."

I hugged Sky back hoping it was true that I will never see Lily again but I knew deep down it wasn't the last time I will see her but I didn't want to tell Sky so I said,

"I know you will make sure I never see her again but now I have school tomorrow and its getting late so I think I should go home"

Sky looked at me and said,

"You still look really white, I think you should stay here so I can't keep an eye on you okay and Cody will come back in the morning and take you to school."

Sky then looked at Cody and he said,

"Yes I think you should stay here too so you won't be alone and I'll come in the morning and see if you are going to school or not okay"

I looked up at Sky then Cody and saw that they were still worried about me then I said,

"Fine I will stay here and I am going to school tomorrow no matter what and thanks sis for letting me stay."

Cody then got up from sitting beside me and said,

"Well I'll see you tomorrow" then he hugged me said, "Bye," Then he walked outside and started to walk home.

I watched Cody leave and said, "Bye see you tomorrow"

Cody gave a nod to say he heard me then I got up off the couch to find a blanket but Skyla said,

"Sit I'll find them from you" then Skyla walked off to find blankets and a pillow for me and in a second she was back, She set up the couch for me to sleep on.

After Skyla fixed up the couch I got on it and put the blanket over me because I was cold and before I fell asleep I said,

"Thanks sis"

Sky stood over me for a few minutes watching me as I fell asleep and she whispered,

"It's okay and night sis have good sleep"

then Skyla turned and walked to her room and went to sleep too.
