When Killua goes swimming his fluffy white hair gets weighted down and he loots like one of those really fluffy dogs that looks really skinny when its wet because the hair gets weighed down.
His hair covers his eyes, and when Gon first saw it he couldn't help but laugh because when his hair is wet he can just slick it back and looks the same.
