Ryan's P.O.V this morning

This cannot be happening! I've just walked into maths late and Andy, being the smarty pants he is, is trying to get the teacher to not give us into trouble. I'm to busy trying to work out what that smell is.

As soon as we arrived at school I smelt raspberries and honey and just a heavenly scent. The scent just got stronger and stronger as we headed to class and now that we are here, it just seems to be filling the room.

"Andrew! It's fine, just take a seat. Oh and Mr Turner, the new girl Olivia, is sitting in the spare seat next to you now."

My head snapped to my seat to find the most beautiful girl sitting next to it. Actually, beautiful is an extreme understatement as that word couldn't possible give her the justice she deserves.

Her skin was so pale and smooth, it radiated warmth even to a vampire such as myself. Her long golden silky hair was stunning without a doubt. It flowed down her back in loose ringlets reaching mid back. Her face was nothing but captivating. Perfect, from jawline to big dazzling sky blue eyes. Her full pink lips were in a slight natural pout making her unbelievably adorable along with her freckled cheeks and slight dimples. I bet when she smiles her dimples are adorable. From what I could see, I bet her body is heavenly. Her slender yet slightly toned arms lay comfortably on the table and her small, slim legs sat crossed under the desk. She was....perfect!

Wait....I don't want a mate now! I'm still young for a vampire and I don't want to be stuck with one person, especially a human!

What if we do end up together. What if I loose control and turn her, or even worse, kill her! I know! I'll reject her! Because she's human she probably won't have too many feeling for me yet so it should be easier that way.

But do I want to reject her? I mean she is beautiful and the thought of any other man touching her makes me mad! She must be smart as well to get into the top maths class already.

I knew that all through the lesson she kept glancing at me, but I chose to ignore it. If I looked at her or those beautiful blue eyes then I'm sure I wouldn't be able to think straight.

I soon began to get an uncomfortable feeling in my head. Oh no! Sarah's sending me a telepathic message. She must have read my mind and know about Olivia!

"Ryannnn! Don't reject her! This is the girl Andrew has been having visions about! Please Ryan! She's probably really nice! Just give her a chance?..."

I then regained control of my own head. Still not looking up I head a knock at the door. Smelling wood and dogs I guessed werewolf. There is thousands of them around this school!

"Mr Kingsley I'm here to take Olivia out. Since she is new she gets out of class early for a week until she knows her way around." Oh crap!

I bet Sarah doesn't think she is so nice after all then. She's friends with werewolves! Maybe she doesn't know about them? She might think they are human?

I sat and pondered for the rest of the lesson until the bell rang. Grabbing my stuff I dashed out the class, followed by Sarah and Andrew.

"Dude, what was that in there?" Oh yeah. Andrew doesn't know. And I would like to keep it that way Sarah!

"Ryan's found his mate! Haven't you!" Sarah pinched my cheeks so I elbowed her off. So much for not telling Andy then!

"Yes, I have. I've not even decided if I want to reject her or not!" I realised that was a bad choice of words as soon as I said them.

"Ryan if you reject your mate I will never speak to you again. My mate has been taken off me and I have no idea where she is now. If I had a choice I would give anything to get Tamara back so don't you dare ruin your change." With that, Andrew stormed off to biology I think.
