As soon as i got home i dropped everything and lay on the couch. I've never been this tired before. I'm still considering whether to come to tonight's game. Well i want to be nice to him. For once. But this stupid favour on me pretending to be his girlfriend? I don't think its a good idea. Ashley's one of the cheerleaders that's going to be there tonight. I mean i don't want to hurt her. If shit goes down im blaming Calum.

"hey hun, whats wrong?" my mum sat down.

"oh- hey, nothings wrong, mum" i gave a little smile making sure i am okay.

She strokes my hair, "you look tired- have you been not sleeping lia? Your eyes"

Yes i've been staying up so late at night. Watching movies. Again.

"no mum i'm just tired" i lied.

"well you should get some rest, sweetheart" she kisses my forehead.

With that, she leaves me alone, staring up at the ceiling blankly as my eyes slowly shut..fading into darkness.

5:47pm

I woke up by the sound of chattering in the dining room. Dad must be home already. Oh and they have Calum's family over again. My body hurts from sleeping in this couch for hours. Well i guess i should get ready for later. I was about to go upstairs when my body collided with my Dad. He gave me a weird expression on his face. He always have that weird face going around almost everytime. Just something i find weird about him.

"sleeping beauty is awake!" he smiles, "the hood family will be joining us for dinner"

"yea," i said awkwardly, "im..just gonna go shower"

I walk upstairs to my room and shut the door. I open the wardrobe and choose what to wear for later. Im thinking all casual. Of course. I quickly go into the shower. Allowing the hot water sooth my aching muscles, the steam from the shower was thick as i run my fingers through my hair. Worried about the amount of hair loss in the shower..girls problems. Everytime.

After that, i wrapped my towel around my body and get ready. I always let my hair down to dry. I put on my black jeans and throw a black t-shirt on me. All black errday. I grab my phone and wallet and put them in my pockets. I then went down to check on the family while running my fingers down my hair to untangle them.

"hey sweetheart," my mum says, causing the people to turn their heads on me, "come sit with us" she pats the empty seat next to her.

i held out a finger at her, and went in the kitchen to drink some water when she followed behind me.

"everything okay?" she asks, "you didn't say much today" i can tell that she's concerned by the look on her face. I let out a little laugh. I know she cares a lot for her own daughter. Sometimes she's just like my own sister you know, we talk, share and laugh over stupid things.

"jeez mum you worry a lot. Im fine," i paused, "im going out"

"hmm, where to?" my dad barged in. Causing the both of us to jump.

"to see Calum at the game tonight, i mean later" i smiled sheepishly. A confused look on both of their faces. "ahh, since when my daughter started hanging out with Calum," my mum said with a grin on her face, "weird to hear.. Well have fun pumpkin" my dad added and kissed my forehead as he walk back into the dining room joining the hood family again.

I look at mum who's standing there grinning at me, "don't stay out so late" she winks and engulf me into a hug and planting a kiss on my forehead and joins them. I felt a buzz in my pocket and take a look, it was a text from Calum.
