Jacob Pov.

I sat in my French lesson, i couldn't stop thinking about Gloria and felt bad for slapping her, dang, i shook my head at myself and looked down at my desk, my teacher had been droaning on for the last 30 minutes, ugh how i hated French. I sighed at the thought and up at the clock and counted down the seconds until this class would end.

8,7,6,5,4,3,2...1 (Bell rings) I smiled right on queue. I jumped up and jogged to the lunch hall, Gloria always comes here early so she has to be here, i looked around eager to find her, i spotted her eating alone as usual on one of the back tables i quickly walked over to her she screwed her eye brows at me and put her fork down.

I placed my bag down beside me and sat down right in front of her.

Glroia Pov.

I'm starting to hate Jacob more everyday, ugh those feelings for him...are gone, that slap musta slapped them outta me, what the hell was i thinking i can never love that bytch, he's practically unloveabl- I was interupted in my thoughts as i saw Jacob walking towards me, i placed my fork down as he sat down infront of me.

"Jacob i'm not up for what ever you're gonna do to me today." I sighed.

"I'm not here to annoy you." He looked down and fiddled with his fingers.

I didn't say anything and instead focused on him closey.

"I-I wanna apologiz-"

"I've heard it before 'You're sorry that i'm so ugly'" I immitated him and gathered my things, he placed his hand on mine. "No, it's not like that."

I looked at him suddenly extremly confused and didn't say anything.

"I'm sorry i shoulda...never slapped you."

I sat back down and watched him as he nervously scratched the back of his head, to kill the awkward silence i said what ever came to my mind.

"You wanna head to the libary to...get started on this tutoring?"

He looked up at me and smiled "Yeah sure."

Jacob shook his head at the paper in front of him, i smiled. "You getting it yet?"

He thought for a second. "Soo...if x equals 4 that means......"

I waited for his answer. "That means....." I continued for him.

He smiled slightly "That means y equals...7"

My eyes widened and i jumped up and down in my seat. "Yes you're finally getting it!!!"

He joined in with my celebration.

"Shhhh."

We were shhed by the librarian.

"Yeah Gloria SHHHH."

I laughed at him and flipped through my book, from the corner of my eye i could see Jacob was staring me down like his eyes were some kind of lazers.

"Gloria..."

I looked up at him, his face was covered in a gulity expression, my smiled faded away.

"I-I-I'm sor-"

"Aye Jacob!!!"

We both turned our heads as Raquan, Chresanto and Craig walked towards us, i sighed and prepared to pack my things, Jacob's hand went on mine "Wait." He mouthed, i sat down as the libarian shhhed Raquan. He gave a 'My bad look' before sitting in front of me, Craig sat in front of Jacob while Chresanto  sat beside me.
