This story starts when Dawson is in the hospital.
\\Dawson's POV//
Darkness. All around me was a never ending darkness. I could hear Matt saying , " Gabby! Gabby! Come on wake up."
As much as I wanted to I can't. My eyelids felt like weights were on top of them. After what felt like forever, my eyelids started to flutter open. I look to my right and I see Matt looking at me with worried and relieved eyes. Then I remember what happened. My baby! "Matt is the baby alright? Please tell me it's ok."
\\Casey's POV//
I look right into Gabby's beautiful brown eyes. She needs to know what happened. " Gabby, the baby is ok and you are ok. Everything is going to be fine. Just like I promised you."
She relaxed a bit, but I could still see sadness in her eyes. Being pregnant means she can't be a firefighter for the next 9 months for the safety of the baby and her. Sure she will be able to work at the Arson Office for the next 9-12 months, but that isn't the same. I know it isn't and she will have to find a new truck at some point. All that matters right now is her and the baby's health.
\\3rd Person POV//
As Dawson and Casey are talking about everything. Word has gotten around that Dawson is pregnant with
Casey's baby. Peter Mills who was still madly in love with Dawson found out. He was devastated , but he knew that Dawson and Casey loved each other. However that wasn't going to stop him from fighting for Dawson. Working at the restaurant was fun at first but then he got over it fast. Being a firefighter was Mills true job and he was coming back to Firehouse 51 for two reasons. Gabriela Dawson and he wants his old job back.
Omg guys I'm so sorry for such a short chapter. It's Thanksgiving today so I didn't really have a lot of time and I didn't really know what to do with this chapter
