Waking up, I rolled over to see what time it is. 10. Not bad haha. I got up out of bed and headed towards the bathroom. I washed my face and brushed me teeth. Putting on my house shoes, not bothering to change, I head down stairs. As I'm going down the stairs, I throw my hair up Into a high messy bun.
Once I get downstairs, I see Finn and Kol getting fitted for suits. Rebecca reading a magazine and Elijah reading. "About time you woke up." Elijah joked as soon as I walked in.
"Haha very funny. I'll have you know, sleep just as productive as sitting on a chair reading"
"How's that?"
"You're sitting on your butt Elijah! At least I'm treating my body right and giving it what it needs. Food. Sleep. Water. Which reminds me. I'm hungry."
"Katelyn tell me how handsome I am" Kol says.
"Kol I can't be compelled, I take vervain." I say while the others laugh, just as Nic comes in, throws a bag at my face, and starts screaming at Rebecca about attacking Elena and all that. Threatening to dagger her again. Nothing new. I wasn't really paying attention. There was food in the bag he threw at me. How sweet. He went and got me food before I woke up. Probably because they didn't have it here. Anyway as I was eating and the were fighting a woman came in. "Niklaus co-" she noticed me. "Who is this?" She asked. "Mother this is Katelyn. She's staying with us" Elijah said. Since when has their mother been alive. "Um hi" I said. "Hello dear" she reached her hand out. I went to shake it but as soon as it make contact with her hand, I felt this horrible surge of pain. I started groaning and biting my lip to keep from screaming. I couldn't pull away and she looked just fine and didn't seem fazed at all. Just looked curious. The pain I'm feeling is too much is I fall to the ground screaming, hand still glued to hers. Finally she let go and the pain went away. Slowly standing up, still catching my breath. I stair into her cold eyes.
"What?? The?! Hell?!"
