[ Your P.O.V ]

  The rays of the radiant sunshine hits my eyes having them flutter open.

"M-morning...?" I silently murmur half awake.

I sat up from an unfamiliar bed I slept on, which was in grey sheets hardly the same from mine.

The walls were different, and my eyes started to scan the unknown room trailing to find a white haired male sleeping on a chair and his head leaning against the wall quite enjoying his slumber.

And yet, seeing his face, reality hits the mind. I remember what happened last night. Kaneki protected me; Flooding with questions, I heard a yawn from across the bed seeing that the snow white haired gu- I mean ghoul; panicked, closing my eyes and faking my sleep was the best option and so I did.

[ Kaneki's P.O.V ]

I stretched and let out a small groan rubbing my eyes. The first thing I quickly do is look at [ y/n ]. She's sleeping.. There was no way I could have took her to the medical center, but luckily, she just fainted. I got up and yawned from the uncomfortable chair once more walking over to her sleeping body. She then turned the other way and somewhat flinched so I decided to tap on her shoulder and shook her lightly.

Oddly, she put the covers over her head.

I looked at her with a puzzled look. "[Y/N]??"

She didn't seem to reply, so I went to the other side of the bed and took off the covers seeing a flushed [Y/N] with a grim expression-

Oh.. I know what's this about.

Sighing, while seeming upset at the same time about to say something when she interrupted.

[ Your P.O.V ]

"Kaneki.. You're a ghoul.. Right?" I spoke with mounds of fear.

Although.. He seems so harmless.
"Why would he protect me?"
"Aren't ghouls supposed to eat humans instead?"
Many questions filled my mind, and that one ghoul can answer all of them.

He slightly smiled, and nodded.

"[Y/N], I know you're flooding with questions, so I have to tell you everything.. Yes, I am a ghoul.. But ghouls have two kakugan, and I have one. Technically, I'm an artificial one-eyed-ghoul, due to well.. An incident that occurred. I promise you. I'm not like any blood-thirsty ghoul. Even though human flesh is what I have to live for but I refuse to eat what I used to be, it must be done anyways for my survival. I have the artificial body of a ghoul, but the heart of a human. I deeply apologize if I scared you at first, but hopefully this answers almost all of your questions [Y/N]-chan."

I almost pitied him. My heart sank when I heard his words which left me speechless so I nodded averting eye-contact. It's usually awkward for me in these situations. I'm not one to express emotion publicly, so some people get the wrong idea at times.

Since it's Kaneki, I took a deep breath and confidently patted his fluffy white hair to ease the atmosphere.

"As long as you told me Kaneki Ken, I completely understand, so there are no hard feelings. I owe you a lot since you saved my life from being attacked by that thirsty asswhole!"

He laughed.

Thank god, it's a relief .

I sighed and sat up stretching.

Wait...

What happened to my clothes..?

I was now wearing a long shirt that's definitely the size of Kaneki's torso, and I did NOT have the pants I was wearing either.

[ Kaneki's P.O.V ]

Oh my ghoul. I think she found out.

"[Y/N]! I'm gonna use the restroom ! See you !!"

I quickly dashed to the restroom and locked it hearing the faint yell of [Y/N] preparing to murder.

Well... She did have blood on her clothes.. So what could I do? Hehe..

"Oh~! [Y/N]! Nice panties by the way!" I teased and prepared for my upcoming death hosted by [Y/N] [L/N].

Yeah, I know.. It took me forever to do this but school and shit so I won't say anything else more. Happy New Years!!

LATEEEEE CHRISTMAS, HALLOWEEN, THANKSGIVING AND YEAH. THANK YOU GUYS FOR SUPPORTING ME THROUGH THICK AND THIN <3 :). I'm still really sorry though, so I'm ayahorrible but I FINALLY updated.

I felt as if this chapter was really fluffy and the series so far in general, but I'm always in the mood for angst. Probably put it in.

Speaking of putting it in.. ;)

Maybe, just maybe, I can do some smut, but we're just at the beginning! The real plot hasn't even started yet, so hold onto your butt cheeks :).

And yeah, this chapter is more different than the rest. (Aka format.) I'm too lazy to make it sooo fancy so pffftft.
