Chapter 4: Back to school :(

THIS CHAPTER IS DEDICATED TO MEGADOODLE16 FOR ALL OF HER SUPPROT.

The gang spent the rest of there summer vacation hanging out with their friends and family, and going to karate practice.

KIM'S P.O.V

I woke up to my alarm clock going off. I felt like I could beat that stupid contraption. I really didn't feel like goin to school. I had an amazing summer, me and Jack got a lot closer then we were before. I will admit it..........I kinda wanted to get even closer, Mabey even out of the friend zone, but that's out of the question because Jack doesn't like me as more then a best friend.

I turned off my alarm clock and went to go pick out my outfit. I got a pink tank top, a white crop top, black skinny jeans, and my black and pink Jordan's. I took a shower, changed, and ate breakfast before I started to walk to school. My brother offered me a ride but I would rather walk. As soon as I opened my front door I saw Jack waiting on the sidewalk.

"Hey, Kim" Jack greeted.

"Hey, Jack...........What are you doing here?" I asked.

"Just waiting for you," Jack said,"I figured you'd be walking today." Jack knew me too well.

"Oh. Well, why didn't you text me?" I asked confused.

"Jerry stole my phone" Jack replied and you could tell he was angry.

We started walking.

"How did Jerry get your phone?" I asked.

"Wow, someone's got a lot of questions today" Jack stated. I lightly pushed him and he pushed me back causing both of us to laugh.

After we stoped laughing I said,"Yeah just a few, care to answers my last one?"

He laughed, then sighed"Jerry was over last night, and we were playing a game when my phone fell out my pocket, In order to get my phone back, I have to complete a deal that we made" Jack replied.

"What is the deal?" I asked curiously. Man I really do have a lot of questions.

"Another question..." Jack complained. I shot him a glare and he responded,"... it's nothing really". Even though Jack said the deal was nothing I knew I had to find out what it was, but how? I was still pondering this when we reached the school.

JACK'S P.O.V

I was starting to get really worried because Kim kept asking me questions, and one of them happened to be what the deal between me and Jerry is, I told told her it was no big deal but by the look on her face you could tell she wasn't going to stop there. She was going to figure out the deal by herself. I don't want her to know what the deal is because at first I thought it was going to be embarrassing, but then I got a good idea,it had to be a surprise.so my mission right now is to find Jerry before Kim does.

After running around the whole school, I finally found Jerry talking to Grace. I ran over to him.

"Jerry, I...........need to...........talk to.........you" I said in between breaths before pulling Jerry away from Grace.

"Yo, Jack make it quick I was just about to ask Grace out" Jerry whined.

"Has Kim asked you about our deal?" I asked.

"No, why?" Jerry replied impatiently.

"Just don't tell her what it is okay" I pleaded.

"Okay, but why not..........wait, are you embarrassed?" Jerry asked.

"No I'm not embarrassed, but I have an idea" I replied with a smirk.

"Alright, well I'll see you latter" Jerry said before running back over to Grace.

I went to my locker and got my books, then I went to homeroom. Homeroom and lunch are my two favorite periods because you are not learning anything during that time.

As I walked into my homeroom I noticed that all of my friends are in the same homeroom. I quickly took a seat next to Kim and we began talking.

The rest of the day went by pretty fast and I found out that Kim is in every one of my classes. We are now stretching at the dojo.

"Guess what?" Rudy shouted excitedly.

"You finally got a girlfriend?" Jerry said.

"You found Tip-Tip?" I said.

"You won the lottery?" Eddie said. Everyone gave Eddie a weird look.

"No, yes, and I wish" Rudy replied,"anyway I was going to say that I entered our dojo in a pairs competition."

"So.........." Jerry replied obviously confused.

"So....... That means we have a 99.9% chance of coming in first place because Kim and Jack will be competing together" Rudy said while jumping up and down.

"Really, there is no way we are going to loose" Milton shouted.

"I know. The competition is in 2 weeks so Jack, and Kim, you guys should start working on your routine, Jerry, Milton, Jocelyn, and Eddie I want you guys to work on board breaking and your form" Rudy announced. After 2 hours of coming up with, and working on perfecting our routine, practice was over. Everyone went to change.

"I'm going to Phil's, anyone else coming?" Jerry asked. Everyone said yes.

Jerry, Eddie, Milton, and Jocelyn left while I waited for Kim.

I took a seat on the bench right as Kim walked out of the locker room, wearing a white tank top, jean short shorts, and white converse.

"Hey, Jack where did everyone else go?" Kim asked.

"They went to Falafel Phil's, are you coming?" I replied.

"Yeah, uh, sure, just let me grab my bag" Kim replied. We went to Falafel Phil's and ate. Everyone had finished before Kim and I so we were the last ones to leave.

KIM'S P.O.V

Jack and I were getting ready to leave.

"Hey, Kim you want me to walk you home?" Jack asked.

"Sure" I replied. While we were walking to my house are hands brushed and Jack took my hand in his. That sent chills down my spine. We walked to my front door hand in hand, we hugged, said goodbye, and then Jack went home. As soon as I shut my front door I sighed and went to my room to think about what just happened. Right when I laid on my bed my brothers started annoying me.

JACK'S P.O.V

As soon as I got home I Ran to my room, ignoring all of Jocelyns questions. I really had to call Jake and ask him for some advice. When I took Kim's hand in mine, a shock of electricity went through my body, right then I knew I had to figure out a way to tell Kim I'm in love with her without ruining our friendship. That's why I'm calling Jake , I always go to him when I'm having girl troubles. Jake came up with a great idea, and the plan starts tomorrow.

KIM'S P.O.V

As soon as I got into my room, my brothers ran in asking me questions and stuff about Jack.

"Are you dating Jack now?" Kenton asked.

"If he breaks your heart let us know" Keith said.

"Yeah, we'll beat him for you" Kendall backed up Keith. All of my brothers (minus Keiten who is back in college) started talking over each other, and then started arguing over who knows what.

"Guys" I shouted, but not very loud. They continued to argue.

"Guys" I tried again a little louder. They still continued to argue.

"Guys" I screamed, this time catching their attention "what makes you think Jack and I are dating?" I asked confused.

"Kim, we saw you guys holding hands, just admit it" Kody said.

"Were not dating we are just best friends" I said getting annoyed. My brothers sighed and walked out of the room. I went back to thinking and soon I fell asleep.
