-Please read this if you didn't understand what the math happened in the last chapter: First, The Ice King wished for BOTH he and the Lich to be in Fionna's world, I guess the Ice King felt thankful to the Lich because he made Ice King's dream come true and after that, the Ice King was teleported to Fionna's world but, The Lich wasn't teleported yet because he hasn't made his wish yet. Second, The Lich wished for all life to be extinct. Meaning, BOTH the people in Fionna and Finn's world are GONE, even the Ice King (That is why the Lich made Ice King wish first). Jake was in the Time room when that happened so It didn't affect him (as explained by Prismo). So after Jake made his wish, The Lich's wish became Jake's wish and The Ice Kings wish came true, Dave, the Hot Dog Knight was left there in the Time Room and I'm sure he wished for the same.
So, in conclusion, Jake is back on Ooo, Dave is reunited with the other Hot Dog Knights(Yey!!), and, The Ice King(without his powers), and the Lich, are on Fionna's world.

A portal appeared in Candy Kingdom and out comes Jake and all the Princesses gems. The portal disappeared. The Princesses gems flew and returned to the Princesses who owned them, except for the Ice Kings gem of crystal power. (Because Ice King is not in Ooo right now)
"Jake, thank Gob. What on Ooo happened there!?" said Peppermint Butler
Jake hugs Peppermint Butler
"Boy, Am I glad to see you peps. By the way... Where's Finn?"
"He went home and is trying to find a way to get to you. They were worried sick Jake, especially Lady Rainicorn."
"Okay, I'll go to them right now"
"Yes, go and hurry Jake, hurry!"
Jake rushes to get Home. Meanwhile at The Tree Fort
"What the stink BMO, stop acting crazy!" said Finn
Suddenly, Jake crashes into the wall of the Tree Fort
"[Huff-huff] Finn..." said Jake, tired and out of breath.
"Jake!"
Finn hugs Jake and squeezes him. BMO joins in too
"Can't... breathe... Finn..."
Finn eases his grip on Jake. Finn holds Jake in the arms and shakes him while saying:
"What happened Jake, what happened!"
"It's a long story bro, but I'm okay now"
"Do you want me to make you some bacon and pancakes Jake?" said BMO
"Mmmmm, bacon pancakes...."
Jake shakes his head to snap out of it and says:
"Lady's worried and I've got to get to her"
"Hey wait for me, I'm coming too man"
"Be careful guys, oh, and I'm going to tree trunks to get some apple pies" said BMO
Finn brofists Jake and said: "Yeah alright, apple pies wooo!"
"Let's go dude, bacon pancakes and apple pies can wait"
They rush off to find Lady Rainicorn. They found them (PB and Lady) buried in books of some sort. Jake runs to Lady.
"Lady!" said Jake
"제이크! 오 제이크, 난 당신이 너무 많이 놓쳤다" replied Lady
Jake hugs Lady Rainicorn and kisses her. Finn sticks his tongue out and turns around, PB pops out in the pile of books that she was in and smiles.
