"And if this works?" Zayn asked me as he put the last of my things into the vehicle.
My mom was so kind of enough to have a car sent out to me instead of using mine.
"Then, we'll see, yeah?" I said as I swayed on my heels.
Zayn and I didn't look away from each other. We were too far away from each other even if we were just about a foot and a half away. His eyes held a sadness that I never witnessed and I wish that I could just erase it from his face.
"Nine days isn't that long." Zayn murmured.
"Just two hundred and sixteen hours." I nodded my head. "It'll be fine."
Zayn was about to respond, but my driver interrupted us.
"Ms. Bristol, we have to make your flight."
"Are we taking the jet?" I questioned.
He nodded his head.
"Well, we are fine." I told him sternly.
He bowed his head and then got into the car. That's when Zayn and I engulfed each other in a hug at the same time.
"I'm going to miss you, babe." Zayn said against my hair.
"I'm going to miss you." I repeated. "At least you have something to distract you from while I'm gone."
"It's going to be the best demo. Especially considering that you are in it." Zayn smiled.
I looked up at him as he pressed his lips against my chin.
"I'll text during the plane ride. I'll have Wi-Fi." I smiled.
Zayn nodded his head before he finally connected his lips with mine. He held me in my arms as if I was a fragile possession that he didn't want to break. He pecked my lips a few more times before he pulled away. I then walked away from him and got into the back of the car. The driver began to drive immediately and I looked out the window to see Zayn waving goodbye to me. I bit my lip and waved back before turning away.
Once I got to the private jet, I saw all my siblings waiting for me. I hugged and kissed each of them on the cheek before we boarded the jet. I was glad to be able to spend the week with my siblings for the first time in forever.
I turned my phone and airplane mode and then began using the plane's Wi-Fi. There wasn't a text from Zayn, so I decided to text him as entertainment on the long plane ride.
From Bristol Tomlinson:
***Is it bad that I already miss you? Because I miss you a lot. :(
Zayn responded almost immediately.
From Zayn Malik:
***Is it bad that I'm already missing you, too? x
***Missing that face...
***Missing those lips...
I blushed at his text. I never blushed, but I could feel my cheeks getting red from his words.
From Bristol Tomlinson:
***Should have kissed them longer x
Zayn took a while to respond, but when he finally did, my heart swelled.
From Zayn Malik:
***I would if I could, baby girl...
I sighed as I put my phone away and turned my attention to my siblings. They were talking about something that had happened during filming that I had missed. I cuddled up in a blanket and leaned my head on Brynlee's shoulder.
