The Monster Under Your Bed

If you think that there isn't a monster underneath you're bed...

Then you're wrong.

Everyone has a monster under their bed.

Oh no, don't be frightened. These monsters aren't scary.

Well, yeah. They certainly look scary, but they aren't trying to hurt you.

They've gotten a bad reputation because of their scary appearance. But I assure you that the monsters under your bed are good.

They are trying to protect you.

Even if you don't believe in them, your monster stays and protects you through the night.

You're probably wondering why you would need protection, but don't worry. We will get there.

If you don't believe in the monster under your bed, then it will be invisible to you, so you cannot see it. Thats probably why many people don't believe, because they can't see.

Many children believe in the monster under their bed, so they are able to see it. But as they grow older, they stop believing.

Now, there are other monsters out there. The monster under your bed, he protects you from a certain type of very, very bad monster.

These monsters are called Nightmares.

They invade your room at night, and the monster under your bed has to kill them before they can get to.

But the monster under your bed can't stop every one of them.

These Nightmares, if they touch you, will invade your head, and they'll give you frightening dreams.

Thats right, they give you nightmares. Thats how those bad dreams got their name.

If you ever get scared of the monster under your bed, just remember that you shouldn't be scared of it.

Remember that it's trying to protect you.

There are much worse things to be afraid of.
