The weekend went by a lot smoother I thought. It nearly sent me into shock, not literally. Ryder joked around with me as if we been friends our whole lives. I mean we were friends but certain events changed things.

We watched all types of movies starting from horror to romcoms. The first box of pizza was empty before the first movie even ended because of the fatass by then name Ryder. None of my snacks were safe, half of my gummy bears were gone too. What we did felt kind of right though. Thinking of it sent a nice little chill down my spine.

"Karma snap out of it," Flarah said snapping her fingers in my face, bringing me back into reality. "You've been daydreaming for five minutes straight. And you weren't blinking." Mia pipped in, I rolled my eyes and looked down at my lunch tray. Today they were serving brunch meaning that they had scrambled eggs with pancakes on a stick with a tasty sausage in the middle.

I bit my pancake then smirked at Flarah and Mia, "I wasn't daydreaming. Even if I was daydreaming. I'm not telling you both." I said and poked out my tongue.  They groaned and I chuckled. Brandon was surprisingly sound asleep in my lap, I look down at him with a devious smile before pouring a bit of cold syrup on his face. His eyes snapped open in shock, "Damn it, Jinx!" He grumbled as he grabbed a napkin off of the table to wipe his face. "Jinx?" Flarah asked "Bad luck ... Karma ... Jinx. Come on, It basically the same thing different names." Brandon explained,

I opened my mouth to comment but my mouth was violated by the smell of expensive sweet perfume. I looked to my left and saw Savannah sitting right next to me with that annoying smile on her face, I groaned with annoyance. "Hey, Jenna." She said and I rolled my eyes. "What do you want?" I asked annoyed.

Flarah raised her eyebrows before looking down at my hands, Mainly to keep me in check. "You know. For you to give in and move out of course." She said then looked to my friends with a fake surprise look on her face, "Did you guys know that your innocent friend lives with Ryder?" She asked,

They all gave her a blank look before Flarah spoke up "Why are you here?" She asked, "Hey Stacy, Is there practice today?" She asked, "Don't change the fucking subject why are you here?" She asked again her eyes color going from grey to blue in a split second.

Savannah jumped in confusion as she stared at Stacy, "Did you guys see that?" She asked in confusion. I rolled my eyes and looked down at Brandon who seemed to be equally annoyed. "You're messing with the wrong people." Brandon butts in lazily before laying down resting his head in my lap "Why are you here." Flarah asked again "I'm here to warn your bitch that she doesn't know what she started." Savanna said, "You're so pathetic." Austin said getting up to throw his food away "Exactly. Let's go." Flarah said getting up, Everyone else followed.

"Hey, Don't worry just know that Karma's a bitch." She said, I paused and was about to turn around but Brandon threw me over his shoulder making everyone in the lunchroom stare at is in confusion, "I'll show you a fucking bitch!" I exclaimed as I beat on Brandon's back so he'd put me down. He ignored me and escorted me out of the cafeteria. Ryder gave me a confusing look but turned away and continued talking to his friends. I let out a puff and groaned, "Why can't I fuck her up a little bit?" I groaned, my body practically shaking with anger.

As soon as we went to the large oak tree outside of the lunchroom Brandon dropped me. I didn't want to kill anything or anyone around me so I summoned rain, Something harmless. "JINX!" Brandon yelled but it was too late because next thing I knew I was on my knees screaming at the sky asking why. Why the hell couldn't I fuck her up once? Why do I have to be in this position? "Fine, release it." I heard flarah say to me as I cried, "JENNA!" I heard Ryder yell from a distance.

My body started to go limp, Black dots sprinkled across my vision as I started to relax "What's happening to her?!" I heard one of my friends ask. "She's fine." I heard flarah answer calmly "HOW THE FUCK ARE YOU CALM!" I heard Ryder yell, "I've seen this before, Calm down she is okay. See, the sky is clearing up and the flowers are alive." I heard her say "She looks like she's going to faint." Ryder snapped and that was the last thing I heard before everything went silent and dark in a matter of seconds.

There was one question left bouncing off the walls of my brain,

Am I dead yet?

Am I dead yet?

RYDER POV

She body fell straight down with a limp, My eyes widen in shock. I looked over Stacy and her friends in shock who seemed to be just as shocked as I was. Everyone was shocked and confused except Stacy. She was completely calm while her other friends were sent into full panic mode.

I never knew she had some type of sickness that made her pass out when she was upset, I saw what my girlfriend did ... At first, it was kind of entertaining but something made me want to go up to defend Jenna, I mean she is my fiance after all.

Stacy went up to the nearly lifeless body behind the oak tree and touched her fingers that were nearly glowing red from I'm guessing holding something too tight and began to speak in some proper English accent. I scrunched up my face with confusion, How the fuck is that supposed to help. "Wake up fatass we got pizza." I heard Brandon yelled and her body snapped up.

"Yeah, she's fine." Stacy smiled getting up with a satisfied smirk. Brandon seemed to be proud of himself as he was the one who woke her. "Flarah did you really just go all English in my ear?" Jenna asked,

"Yup," Stacy answered, Flarah? How is that even a name? "I thought Brandon was stupid." I heard her mumble before looking in my direction. "Don't worry we were just going," Austin said leaving, The rest followed him leaving Jenna and me alone. There was an awkward silence between us before I decided to break the silence "Why didn't you tell me." I asked crossing my arms over, a bit upset that she didn't trust me enough to tell me about her mental health. "Why didn't I tell you what?" She asked "Why didn't you tell me you were sick. I would've back you up." I said,

"Out of pity, of course, and I'm not sick and I don't want your help. But if you love your stupid girlfriend so much then you should tell her to leave me alone or else." She spat with venom leaking freely through every single word. I raised a brow and tried to speak but the annoying ass bell cut me off. "Was that a threat?" I asked.

"It's a promise, Put a leash on your bitch." She said before leaving me alone in the school's garden.
