The Bad Boy Going No Where

Chapter 1

It was now the next morning and I was yet to hear again from Matrix. Pa was  showing him around the farm and teaching him how to do beginners things. Ma had told me he was going to sleep on the spare bed in my room but I knew things were going to go wrong.

It was now dinner time and they were expected soon Ma was excited to meet him but I was dreading it. Our first encounter he came off as cocky and arrogant. As I was about to give my opinion to Ma the boys stepped into the kitchen to wash their hands.

I ran over and hugged Pa, "did everything go okay?" I whispered into his ear.

"Yes baby everything went fine, I even told Matrix you could help him out for the next week or so."

I looked at him shocked "but Pa I have my own work to do."

He nodded his head "and with two of you doing the work it will take half the time than what it usually does."

Matrix then put in his 5 cents "yeah he is right...sorry I forgot your name."

Ma was then to inform him "Georga, her name is Georga, my name is Paula."

He nodded his head looking at me with a sly smile on his face "oh yes, Georga."

I rolled my eyes at him taking a seat at the table since the food was all prepared "what needs to be done tomorrow Pa."

He finished putting the roast potatoes on his plate "I will write you both a detailed list later on tonight."

It wasn't long until dinner was finished and I had done the last of the chores, I headed for the stairs, Ma yelled out "baby can you show Matrix your room."

I nodded my head plastering a fake smile on my face "yes Ma I will."

I then turned to him giving him the look that said 'come with me now or I won't show you ever'. With that, he greeted my parents good night and followed me upstairs. Now outside my door, he wrapped an arm around me "now roomy showing me to your bed already?"

I shook my head "if it was up to me you would be sleeping in the dogs' bed and he would be taking the spare room but as you can see I wasn't given the choice."

I pointed over to his bed and added "be sure to stay there all night and the shower is down the hall to your right."

He nodded his head and mumbled thanks. Early on the next morning a few hours before I was due to wake up I felt my bed dip and a warm body join me. I rolled over to face him and harshly whispered "what do you think you are doing?"

He laid down next to me, he said "I don't sleep well alone, I am yet to sleep please share with me. I will try my best not to touch you."

I thought about it for a moment "you promise?"

He nodded his head cuddling into my other pillow whispering back "I promise."
