"Crap..." A sigh escaped someone's throat as she leaned forwards, covering the top of her desk. In her hand was a white paper with red marking all over it.

"What's wrong?" I asked, walking over and peering over her shoulder. "Did you fail another test, Rin?"

She held up the paper and in a large red circle was the number 73. In other words, she didn't fall but did get a pretty bad grade. Rin began to pout as she took her test out of my sight and shoved it into her bag, "and Len said we could go get ice cream if I got a good score..."

"It's better than your last one," I muttered, sitting down in the desk in front of her and turning it so we were facing each other.

"Yeah, by three points."

"What's wrong, Rin?" A squeaky, high pitched voice called from behind me, I turned my head to see a pair of teal twin tails and blue eyes staring our direction.

"I. Hate. My. Life." The blonde girl simply replied, slouching over and covering her face with her arms.

"Hey, Neru, what did you get?" The blue haired girl asked me, a smirk growing across her face as she held out her test. Barely anything was marked in red and the circle at the top read 96.

"Me?" I questioned, pulling out the test that was neatly folded and placed in my pocket. I yawned as I quickly opened it up and held it out for everyone. After a second, all I heard were gasps, "only a 98..."

"You...you're actually... Good at tests?" The twin tailed diva asked, crumbling up her own test in a fist.

"Depends on the subject." I yawned once more, leaning back on the chair as I once again folded up the slip of paper. "Math and science are easy for me... Otherwise I do terribly on history."

"Neru, you're so lucky," Rin pouted, looking up at me as she puffed her cheeks, "you're so smart..."

"Me? Smart?" I couldn't help but to laugh, "not at all."

"Agreed." The lie haired girl said, a bit of an attitude in her voice, "she's far from."

"Aw, Miku," I laughed, staring directly through her with a cold glare, "is someone mad that I scored higher than her?"

"I couldn't care less." Miku said, as she put on her usual "warm" smile. "That was a joke, Neru. Don't take things so seriously, okay?"

And with that sudden attitude change, the twin tailed girl pivoted the other direction, walking towards the door. Before she exited, her feet had stopped shuffling forwards and Miku glanced over her shoulder at us.

"Is something wrong, Miku?" Rin asked, her eyes following the girl.

"Rin, if you ever need some help studying you can always come to me~" Miku lightly laughed as she sent the offer across the room. My glance immediately went to Rin, who's own eyes widened by the second. And at that moment I knew she would probably take her up on that deal.

"I'll get back to you on that." Rin replied, buying herself some time to think, though it was obvious that she had already made up her mind. Then the blue haired girl left the room, lightly closing the classroom doors behind her.

"Are... You're not seriously taking her up on that, right?" I questioned the girl as soon as the doors swept closed.

"Yeah, I think I will," Rin muttered, "I know you don't like Miku, but I really need someone to help me study..."
