Summer Love (Dance Moms Fanfic)

Chapter 1

Chloe’s POV

I got in the car with Kelly and Josh. He was up front so that means that James is going to sit in the back with me and Paige. Yes! I decided that I was going to sit in the middle so that I could sit to my best friend and hopefully boyfriend. Oh my gosh. They’re coming. Wait, they’re coming together. Laughing. Together. He’s looking at her with his big green eyes, the same way that he looked at me. What? I thought he liked me! I can’t believe it! They are getting in and all I can do is hope that they get in opposite sides. Dang it. They both went to the side behind Josh’s seat. Paige had me slide down so that she could sit in the middle next to me and James. Lucky.

Paige’s POV

After Chloe left the room, I texted James to come upstairs to me room and help me get all the stuff. I have had a huge crush on him since, like, fifth grade, and I am pretty sure that he has liked me since the beginning of this year. He always insisted on coming over here instead of Josh going to his house, and he would always invite me to do whatever they were going to do that day. He was always sweet to me and was always super cute. He texted me back! It says, Be right up babe<3. He came in my room and his eyes opened really wide. He said, “Oh. My. Gosh. Paige. You look beautiful. No, more than beautiful. You look, gorgeous. You’re brother is going to have to deal with me dating his younger sister because I can’t keep pretending that I’m not in love with you. You are perfect!” I couldn’t help but blush. A super hot, hockey playing, sophomore just said that he is in love with me! I can’t believe this! After  giving him a big hug, I told him, “Well, we better get going, Chloe and Josh and my mom are waiting for us in the car. Can you help me get all this stuff?” He smiled at me and grabbed the heaviest bag and we started to walk out to the car. Together.

Josh’s POV

James just told me that Paige wanted his help upstairs and that he’d just meet me in the car. Whatever, I’ve known that he liked her since the beginning of this year, he’s not a very good liar. At least he hasn’t found out that I love Chloe. Well, that I’ve been in love with her since I was like five years old when we had our trio with Paige and I knew that she was going to be the one that I spend the rest of my life with, but she just hasn’t figured it out yet. I walked over to the car where my mom was already waiting with the engine on. I told her that everyone was going to be down shortly and that she had nothing to worry about. I sat in the front seat waiting for them all to come and then she stepped into the light. Chloe Elizabeth Lukasiak standing in front of me like an angel. She looks stunning. Her see through white dress with her bright blue bathing suit and her long blonde hair flowing in the wind, who could ask for anyone more perfect? She looked right at me and smiled. I swear I felt my heart melt a little. I have tried dating other girls to get my mind off of her, but whenever I saw them, I just wished it was Chloe standing with me. No matter how great anyone else was, I love Chloe. And I have loved her for like eleven years.

James’ POV

I just got a text from Paige. It said, Can you come up here and help me with the rest of these bags? Thanks(; I know that she has had a crush on me for a while, but until recently I just saw her as Josh’s little sister, I never thought that I would fall for her. She’s beautiful. I texted her back saying, Be right up babe<3.>I can just imagine her face. Her beautiful face. I was too busy texting Paige that I didn’t realize that Chloe was walking down the stairs until we bumped into each other. I looked up at her, she looked great, but I couldn’t stop thinking about Paige. I told her that she looked beautiful, it was no big deal, then I continued to run up the stairs into Paige’s room. I walked in and my jaw dropped. She looked amazing. Prettier than any model or girl that I dated in the past. She was perfect. I couldn’t help but stare. Eventually, some words came out of my mouth and I grabbed her up for a huge hug. She asked me to help her with the bags, so I grabbed the biggest, heaviest one to show her that I am strong. I can’t believe that I am in love with Josh’s younger sister, but how could I resist her. She’s perfect.  We walked out to the car together laughing and talking about what we should do tonight. She’s so funny. It just adds to the list of reasons why I love her. We got into car on the passenger’s side and Paige sat in the middle so that she could sit next to Chloe too. She’s so thoughtful. We talked and laughed the entire way to the beach with a few interruptions of Paige talking to Chloe or Josh talking to me or even us stop talking so that Paige could listen to a song that came on the radio. I don’t think the first day of summer could get any better.
