Elemental Disaster

Chapter 6 - Luna's back!

"D-Dasety and... X-Xrotea?" stammered Destiny and Xreato.  The parallel them held a bottle with a very nice peach color on top of Luna - her skin was almost fully green! Dasety and Xrotea immediately stopped what they were doing and in a flash, they were gone.

The two friends crouched down beside Luna. Before Destiny could pour the cure into Luna's mouth, Xreato stopped her. "HALT!" she shouted. "I should have told you earlier but... The recipe also included one more thing - her favorite memory. We need to sacrifice her memory. Which is... I have no idea. Telepathy can only tell me so much because she has to tell me her favorite memory. So.. do you have a thing that can...?"

"Yea, I get it. I have this machine, but you'll have to help me hook it up to her," Destiny replied. Xreato nodded. After a while of messing with wires, Destiny turned on the machine. "Xreato, I'll be gone in Luna's sea of thought. Can you watch the machine? When the number says 100, press the green button!" Xreato could only nod before Destiny's eyelids dropped and she fell to the ground.

Luna... where is your favorite memory? This is Destiny... Oh, let's play HOT and COLD. Okay, Luna's self-unconscious, let's play.

HELLO? IS THIS DESTINY? HELP LUNA WAKE UP. HER CONSCIOUS MIND HAS BEEN CORRUPTED! I CAN ONLY PLAY HOT OR COLD. THE EVIL IS SPREADING FAST!

Okay. Is the memory of the three of us on... (smiles) that Christmas day?

HOT! BOILING! THAT'S IT!

Xreato looks at the machine. She hits the green button. Destiny opened her eyes. She saw the memory floating in the air. So did Xreato. Destiny used a vacuum cleaner and sucked in into the potion. She stirred.

"It's time," Xreato said. Destiny nodded and poured the liquid into her mouth. Luna 's eyes opened. She scrambled to her feet. She seemed like she was sleepwalking. She started a crazy dance. "Destiny..." Xreato mumbled. Destiny burst into laughter. "Don't worry. It'll wear off!" 

After a while, Luna stopped dancing. She looked like she had lost her soul. "Destiny..." Xreato glared at Destiny. "Lemme take a peek into the book we found!" Destiny took out a book from her jacket and opened it. 

"DESTINY! WHO TOLD YOU TO STEAL THAT BOOK?!" scolded Xreato. "I DIDN'T ASK YOU TO TAKE IT, YOU BOZO!" Before she could continue, zombies came out from nowhere. Xreato wished for Destiny to have a suit zombies can't get through. She took out her shurikens and sword. Waving them in the air, the shurikens went for the zombies as Xreato swung the sword to Luna's body.

"What are you doing, Xreato?!" screamed Destiny. Xreato suddenly disappeared when she touched Luna. So did the sword. Destiny sighed in relief as the zombies went after her. "AHH!!!!!" 

Somewhere in Luna's body, Xreato was walking around looking for clues to revive her. When she reached the heart, a weird looking portal was there. Zombies were in coming out from the portal! "Now I see. Those zombies are coming from here. But how does it appear in reality? This is a very weird zombie spawner. Who implanted this into her body?" murmured Xreato. She remembered what the book said. 

If these sins are combined into one of at least one person, it shall create the source of an evil creature. The name of this source is called Jelous. This source shall create zombies that have the ability to erase all elemental powers from anyone and corrupt one's mind once their elemental powers are sucked up.

"SO IT'S JELOUS! He or a she, implanted this zombie spawner here! I've gotta tell Destiny this!" Xreato used her telepathy powers to contact Destiny. 

Xreato: Destiny!

Destiny: X? I'm busy fighting zombies here. HIYA!

Xreato: Listen! I found this weird thing in Luna's body-

Destiny: You're in Luna's body by just striking your sword at her?! How cool is that?!

Xreato: Stop going off topic! This weird thing is a zombie spawner - this is where all the zombies your fighting right now came from. And the reason this zombie spawner is here is because of Jelous! We have to kill this main source!

Destiny: Ok?

Xreato: Ugh, just tell me how to destroy this zombie thing.

Destiny: Idk, just seal the spawner up or destroy it?

Xreato: -_- You're really useless.

Xreato took out her quickest and sharpest sword. Slowly, she aimed for the zombie spawner. "CHARGE!" screamed Xreato to herself. Faster and faster, she let go of the sword as it flew towards the zombie spawner. It split into three more swords and each hit the edge. A crack started to appear on the zombie spawner. BOOM! The zombie spawner exploded into a billion pieces.

Destiny: XREATO! CHECK THIS OUT!

Xreato: STOP SCREAMING! I'LL COME!

Xreato went out of Luna's body and looked at Luna. "Uh... where am I?" said Luna sleepily. "Oh, Destiny and Xreato..." Luna fell to the ground. "I'm so tired..."

"LUNA!" Destiny and Xreato screamed. Destiny gave her a wolf plushie. "I know this won't help as much, but here's a present for your return. Xreato's got something for you too," smiled Destiny. Xreato handed mini figures of the three of them together having fun.

"T-thank you," stammered Luna. "But what do you mean on me returning? I only just slept for few hours and had a dream." Destiny and Xreato looked at each other and sighed. They're going to take a while to explain it all to her. "We'll explain it to you later. What's that dream you had?" asked Xreato.

"Well, it was something like this..."

I was walking in a very deep and dark place and I was all alone. It was... dead. I cried and screamed. Before I could even know what was going on, a troop of weird, green looking creatures went after me. 

"HELP ME!!! WAH!!!" There was nothing I could do. Soon, all of them toppled on me as I felt pain and myself turning into them. I remembered the times we had together, and my favorite memory. I just couldn't remember it for some odd reason. Nothing seemed right.

Suddenly, the pain and the horror was gone. I did not turn into those creatures but, I felt like I have lost my mind. The memories of horror came into my mind but I did not do anything. Instead, I watched them with no soul, no expression, no nothing.

"Then... I woke up," explained Luna. Destiny cried. "That was the saddest dream ever!" wept Destiny. Xreato hit Destiny's head. "Is there more?" asked Xreato. Luna nodded. "The dream happened earlier, though. I guess it's shorter too. It was about me going into a scary labyrinth. I just knew the ways to the end. There, I saw only one green, weird looking creature, but it was bigger than the others in my other dream." 

"Jelous went in her dream," whispered Destiny to Xreato. "X, we have to find Jelous to stop this. We have to make Luna the GPS, we have to find peace and justice for the world again. WE SHALL..."

"What's with that speech?" chuckled Xreato. "Luna, we have to find this big creature. It is called Jelous and we have to defeat it. We need you to direct us to it. Are you willing to take this challenge?" Xreato put her hands on Luna's shoulder.

"I guess..." Luna answered. "LET THE JOURNEYS BEGIN!" Destiny announced.
