I watched as the she put paintings and pictures on her walls, damn she has a lot of pictures. she had moved into the apartment across from me about a day ago. she was really pretty like stunning. she tossed her long brown hair over her shoulder. she was wearing a black tank top and jean shorts. she also had a flannel tied around her waist.

I couldn't stop staring at her. I felt like a creep, but I was intrigued by her. there was this part of me that just wanted to know her. it was weird. I never been this way with a girl or anyone for that matter.

I tried to distance myself away window so she wouldn't see and think I was a stalker. I sat in the chair trying not to look over at her window, but I still got myself from glancing.

I was snapped out of my gaze when there was a knock on my door. I got up and answered the door. "ready to go?" Noah asked.

"yeah." I said stuffing my phone in my back pocket.

"so where's the party tonight?" Tate asked.

"it's at one of the frat houses on campus." Noah answered.

"oh this should be fun." Tate said.

we arrived at the frat house. after a while at the party I became drunk. no matter how drunk I got I couldn't get the girl from the apartment out of my head. I just kept picturing her unpacking boxes and placing thing around her room and on her walls. I mean she probably asleep now but I still have the memories.

"hey that girl over there is staring at you." Tate said. I looked the way he pointed. she was kinda hot not to bad. maybe she's looking for a good time." he winked before walking away.

the girl that we were talking about came up to me. "hey I'm Madison. wanna go dance?" she asked.

"um sure." I said. we walked to where the crowd of people were dancing

"so what's your name?" she asked.

"Harry." I said.

"well you're really hot Harry." she said trying to sound seductive.

"thanks." I nodded to smile. we danced for a while before she started asking more annoying questions.

"want to go somewhere?" she said. I raised my eyebrow wondering where. "more private?" she added. I nodded and she lead me upstairs. I guess this could keep my mind off of the girl across the street, it usually does.

I closed the door before walking over to the bed with Madison.

high school consisted of test, boring lessons, people that I'm tired, homework that is irrelevant, and on top of that anxiety. I'm so happy be out of that hellhole, but

maybe the worst was my family. divorced parents. my mom was always working and I rarely saw my dad. my stepdad and I didn't exactly see eye to eye. that's why I'm glad I'm getting to move out.

I got accepted into New York University. I'm moving into my cousin, Scott's apartment. we've been close ever since we were little. he's lived in New York for a little over a year now with his friend Niall.

I stood looking at the plain white room that still looked empty even with all my furniture in it. I put the

box I was holding down on my dresser and walked over to the window. I had a front room so I had a window. I looked down at the street.
