It is the end of the day and he pushes me to my locker. He helps me get my books and he shuts it for me. Then They call me for pick up. My dad is here. Dad waves me to where he is at. Collin pushes me there.
"So I see you found someone to help you. Hi. I am Skylar's dad." He said the hi part to Collin and he moves his hand forward to shake. Collin shakes back introducing himself to my dad.
"Is he being good Tris?"
"He's fine dad." I say smiling.
"Okay."
My dad then opens the car door and lifts me in. He puts my wheelchair in the trunk.
"See you tomorrow Collin."
"See ya tomorrow Skyar." He says waving and he walks back in the school. My dad shuts the door and hops in.
"He seems nice Tris"
"He is. I just met him today. He pushes me to my classes."
My dad changes the subject."So did you have any problems today?"
He means like any medical problems. He has to know when I get head aches or pains.
"Just a tiny pinch of pain on the back of my head around 4th period. That's it though.
"Remind me to write that down when we get home."
"Got it."

Me and my dad chat all the way home. I come home to see a van in our driveway.
"Dad, who's van is that?"
"Its ours. So we don't have to keep getting you in and out of your chair, we can just wheel you in and strap the chair in so your not all over the place. There is a ramp inside we pull out."
"Dad I told you not to spend our savings on me!"
"I didn't Tris. Caleb sold his car."
"Great. He sold his car for me." I say. I wish people would stop giving away their things for me.
"Tris. It was Caleb's choice. He loves you like I do. He wanted to. Let people treat you well. Stop being abnegation all the time."
My dad gets the chair out of the trunk and loads me in it. He wheels me over to the van.
Dad opens the door to the van and pulls out the ramp. He pushes me in. He turns on the back lights. I see music stickers and sheet music and some pink in places. It's like a mini version of my room.
"I.love.it." I say slow.
"I hope so. Caleb worked hard to get this done."
"He did an awesome job! I love this! It's like a mini version of my room"
My dad smiles. I smile even bigger.
"Oh watch this Tris!" My dad says then grabs the remote hooked to the wall of my part of the van. A table slide in front of my chair like I am sitting at a desk. The table opens and it has pens, pencils, coloring materials and a sketch pad along with blank music sheets.
"I love it even more!!"
"We thought you would."
Caleb walks to beside my dad. They give each other a high five.
"You did good Caleb." My dad said. I used all my strength to wheel myself out of the van after putting the table back. I hugged them both.
"I love you guys"
"We love you too Tris" They said together.
