Appearance: Atilius possesses an earthy and rustic appearance. He has short dirty-blonde hair that he brushes over the left side with his hands, and splotchy tanned skin. It almost makes his sapphire blue eyes a strange and bewitching sight to see as they poke like gems through the dirt of his unkempt appearance. Facially the boy’s features are small, loose and babyish yet, standing rather short at five foot six, the boys build is abnormally broad for someone of his age. His strength is unmatched in his district and his toned arms are proof to that. Atilius constantly wears a smirk of untameable arrogance.
Personality: Boyish, energetic, outgoing, and disciplined in his attacks his arrogance will create an illusion of charm for the capitol to devour. He’s sarcastic and childish in his views and interactions. Though when quickly angered or embarrassed, the boy can be impulsive, confrontational and ruthless leaving the extreme change in his personality to be unpredictable and frightening. Conceited in his own abilities, Atilius will likely lose sight of his limitations when faced with conflict.
