After crying for about an hour, I'm calm enough to stop the tears. I have a massive head ache, but I finally have enough strength to hug Beck back. Evan takes BT and puts her in his room with BB. I lay back and stare at the ceiling. I'm tired, but I can't go to sleep. Lovely combination, wouldn't you say? Beck fell asleep a while ago, but he's still holding me tightly. I sigh. I'm hungry, but I don't want to bother anyone. Lucky for me, Evan comes in and asks if I need anything. "Yes, um...if it's not too much trouble, I'm a bit hungry. I'm sure Beck is too. I-if it's too much trouble that's alright." Evan grins. "You're so weird! Of course we're going to feed you! Gramma has been in the kitchen just waiting for you to ask for food. She knows you're allergic to chocolate and peanuts, so she'll leave that stuff out. I'll be back with it, alright? Anything else you want to 'bother' us for?" I laugh. Not a small chuckling laugh. A full blown nerd laugh. Snorts and all. Sandy and Jacob walk in to see me laughing and Evan is just smiling widely at me. Honestly, I'm not sure why I started laughing, all I know is that they've never heard me laugh like this before. Hell, I've never heard me laugh like this before. Evan soon joins my laughter, and Sandy starts giggling. Jacob turns his head, but I can hear a deep chuckle I know isn't coming from any of us. We all calm down after a while and I smile shyly at them. "S-sorry you had to hear that god awful laugh." Sandy smiles. "Nonsense! I've never seen you so happy. Your laugh is quite adorable. Right, Evan? Jacob?" Evan nods vigorously. Jacob shrugs. Evan turns and stares up at him. Jacob sighs. "Yeah, sure...it was cute." I blush slightly. That didn't sound as sarcastic as before. I look down at Beck, he's awake and smiling at me. Damn it, he's never heard that laugh either. I'll never hear the end of it. Suddenly, there was a low growling. I look up, embarrassed. I'm still hungry. Sandy laughs and goes into the kitchen. Beck sits up and stretches. "I need to go home real quick. I'll be back later tonight." I nod. Evan runs over and takes his spot. "Now we can trade pokemon!" I sigh, dramatically. "You only like me for my pokemon!" Evan laughs. "No way! You're awesome, Chrissy." I shoot him a playful glare. "Gee, thanks, Evangeline." He puts a hand over his heart in mock hurt. "You wound me M'lady Chrissy!" "You deserve every blistering painful second of it, Lady Evangeline! You have disobeyed my orders for long enough, you shall be executed by sundown." We burst into a fit of laughter. I then notice that Jacob never left. He's leaning on the wall, watching us. I sigh. "Evangeline, be gone! I shall summon you when it is time for execution! I must speak with Sir Jacob." Evan smiles and nods, jumping off the bed and to the kitchen. I motion for Jacob to come sit down. He hesitates before sitting at the foot of my bed, next to my good leg. I squirm slightly. "Did you still want me to teach you about pokemon?" He looks up, shocked. "I know I said I wouldn't help you, but you actually used my name, remembered my name earlier, and that's what I asked for, isnt it? I'll help you, but only if you really want me to." He hesitates slightly before nodding. "What if your friends come over? What will you do if they question you about the pokemon stuff? Will you brush it off as your brother's and some nerd's? Or will you own up to it and tell them you're trying to bond with your little brother and that I'm helping you? Your answer will help my decision." Jacob has a silent battle with himself before answering me. "I'll own up to it. I don't care if it'll hurt my rep. I'd rather be a nobody than to hurt somebody and be 'cool'." I smile. "I'll help you." He shifts slightly. "Hey, uh...can I tell you something? If I'm going to become a new person I should start off somewhere, yeah?" I nod. "Go ahead, Jacob." He takes a deep breath. Is it really that bad? He stares into my eyes. "I...I'm gay. Well, bi, at least." I smile. "That's great! Do you like Beck? I saw you staring at him earlier." I give him a suggestive eyebrow wiggle. He laughs. "Oh god no, I wasn't looking at him! Geez!" I nudge him with my foot. "Come up here, man. I don't want to keep looking up, I'll strain my neck." He crawls further up the bed and sits next to me. I rest back and smile. "So, pokemon basically is like this..."

We spent the next few hours talking about pokemon, eating, and playing pokemon games. He's beat me twice in a battle, but I'm still better at it than he is. Evan joined us and now we're in a three-way battle. Surprisingly, Evan lost to Jacob. I'm down to one pokemon, while Jacob has two. Mine is a water type, his are ground and fire. I take out his fire, easy. He leaves me with half my HP. I frown and attack his pokemon, taking out his ground type. "Haha! I win! Good job, Jacob! You almost got me!" Evan laughs and teases him. I decide to side with Jacob. "Says the one who lost to him." Jacob grins at me, and I feel my heart flutter. Damn it. What's the matter with me?! Jacob looks at my PC and points to Arceus. "What's that?" I chuckle slightly. He sounded so cute and innocent. "That's Arceus. It's a legendary pokemon, meaning its rare and a big deal. Pretty cool, right?" The siblings grin. "Yeah!" I laugh. "You'll never believe how I got it!" Evan bounces excitedly. "Tell us! Tell us!" I snort. "Okay, so I was on wonder trade, trading over the internet, and I see that this guy has an Arceus! I ask him for it, right? And he's like, if you want it you've got to trade me for it. I'm like, well obviously. So, I ask him what he wants for it. You know what this guy asks for? A fricken magikarp!" We all burst out laughing. Evan crawls up and lays on my chest. "When I grow up, I want to marry you. Okay, Chris?" I blush slightly. "Oh! Um...thank you, Evan! I'm so flattered, but I can't marry you! I'm too old for you! Plus...I kind of...have a crush on soneone else." Evan looks up, slightly sad, then grins. "Who is it? I want to know if my competition is going to treat you right!" My heart melts. I laugh and kiss his forehead. "I can't tell you, it's a secret. Plus, they don't even like me back." Evan pouts. "I doubt that! You're Chris! Funny, pretty, awesome, nerdy Chris! I'd pay a billion dollars to marry you!" I smother him with kisses, causing him to giggle and try to get away. "You're so sweet, Evan. I'd love to marry you! Unfortunately, my feelings for this person are too strong to deny at the moment." I hear a distant barking and attempt to get up. Evan pushes me back down and points at my broken leg. I blush and smile, sheepishly. "Sorry, I'm not use to this. I guess I forgot." Evan jumps off the bed. "I'll go feed them! Be right back!" He runs out of the room, closing the door behind him. Jacob looks down at me. "Do you mind if I...try something?" I scrunch up my eyebrows. "Uh...sure..?" He leans down, causing my heart to speed up. What is he doing?! He presses his lips to mine. I lay still, too stunned to move. He presses his lips harder to mine, waiting for me to move, I presume. Hesitantly, I press back. He hovers over me and puts one hand on my hip, the other in my hair. He nibbled on my bottom lip. I open my mouth slightly, allowing his tongue to slip in and battle (win) against mine. I tangle my hands in his hair, pulling slightly. He grinds into me, causing me to break the kiss with a moan, afterwards gasping for air. I open my eyes, staring right back into Jacob's beautiful eyes. He pulls back all the way and leaves my embrace. I feel empty, confused, lost. He clears his throat. "Yeah, definitely not straight. Thanks for letting me test that out." I feel tears forming in my eyes. "Get out." I say softly, trying to hide the hurt lacing my voice. He looks down at me, confused. "Huh?" I give him a watery glare. "Get out! Get out! Get out NOW!! I am not a test subject! How DARE you use my feelings for you against me?! Get out!!" Jacob looks shocked. It's not until I start throwing things that he gets up and runs out the room, shutting the door behind him. I grip my pillow to my chest and bury my face in it, tears beginning to flow. Not two hours later, there's a small knock on the door. I shake my head vigorously. "G-go away...please, go a-away." The door opens anyways, and I can only hope it isn't Jacob. I feel someone set a small hand on my shoulder. I look up and see it's Sandy with Evan and Beck behind her. I tear up again, and throw my arms around Sandy, crying into her dress. She runs her fingers through my hair. "Are you alright? Why has Jacob been sitting in his room staring at your pokemon cards for the past two hours?" I shake my head and take deep breaths, attempting to calm down. Beck and Evan get into my bed and curl up next to me. Sandy slowly lays me back down. "I'll bring you some cake, and when I do, I expect you to tell me what's wrong. Okay?" I nod, reluctantly.
