Thomas's POV

"Thomas!"

I opened my eyes to find Jorge hovering above me. I sat up realizing that I fell asleep.

"What is it? Is time already?" I asked him.
"Yes but it's not morning." He told me.
"What? But aren't we suppose to leave to in the morning?"
"That's what I wanted people to know. This way we are a small group and we are in and out."

I got up and grabbed my gear. I followed Jorge out of my tent and we started making our way out. After passing many guards and people we made it to one of the gates. There waiting was Fry and Vince.

"Is it just us?" I asked confused.
"No everyone else is outside waiting for us." Vince told me while motioning for Fry to open the gate.

We all walked out and waiting outside was Newt, Brenda, Giselle, Harriet, Aris and Sonya along with Bertha of course.

"Okay so now that everyone is here let's go over the plan." Vince said. We followed him to the hood of Bertha where he pulled out a map from the WCKD faculty.
"Wait you always have had that?" Brenda asked.
"Yeah how come you didn't give it to us when we went today?" Newt asked as well.

"Yeah but I wanted to see how you all did without it." He said looking at us. "Now you guys entered here last time right? I think we should split up and enter from here and where you guys entered from today."
"But won't they be more alert or aware since we entered from that section." I pointed out.

"Hmm your right I guess we can all enter from the same area but split up as soon as we enter." Vince said.
"All right so I'll take Brenda, Thomas Newt and Giselle; we'll go get Minho out." Jorge said.
"Alright I'll take everyone else and do our thing." Vince said putting away his map.

After putting away the map Vince pulled out something and gave it to Brenda.
"Here's the detonator from the bomb you guys made. I'd rather you blow up the place after I set the bomb."

"Wait you're going to blow up the whole place?" I asked as I approached them.
"Technically no, Vince is going to set the bomb in the mainframe and I'm going to blow it up." Brenda said with a grin.
"Will it destroy the building?"
"No, but it will do some damaged and destroy all their information."

I nodded my hand understanding everything and got into the car. I sat in the second row with Brenda and Fry next to me. Our long drive gave me enough time to think about everything we would face and one of those things were, Teresa.

What would happen if our paths crossed in WCKD? What would I do? What would she do? Given our history deep down I know that I could never really hurt her. She was my best friend, and I really hoped that someday we would be again.

"So Thomas," Jorge started getting my attention. "once we get on the inside what you'll want to do is go to you right, go up the stairs and go to the end of the hall. Once you are there you'll need to find an ID and scan the door to open it and inside Minho should be there."

"Okay I'm not sure how we will get an ID but we'll figure something out." I told him.
"Oh don't be so modest Tommy." Newt said behind me. "We've seen what tricks you have up your sleeve." He said with a chuckle.

Memories of us being in WCKD rushed into my head. I knew what moment he was talking about. It was when I was trying to get through guards to see Teresa, when we came from the maze.

"I guess something like that could work." I told him.

The ride to the WCKD facility went by very quickly. We spent our time in the car talking about what we where going to do and how. I felt nervous when we first arrived to the facility.

We managed somehow to get past the guards that were walking around the entrance. Vince immediately took out his decoder and unlocked the door.

"Alright see you guys soon. Remember try your best not to set of the alarm again." Vince said before going with his group.

We started making our way down the hall and immediately we ran into a blonde woman in a lab coat. Great.

"Don't do anything funny." Giselle said stepping out of our line up. She quickly walked up to her and pointed her machete at her. "We'd like to see some ID please." She hummed.

The woman quietly pulled out her ID and handed over to her.
"Thank you." Giselle told her before hitting the woman in her head with the butt of her machete.

"What the heck did you so do that for?" Jorge whispered harshly.
"What were we suppose to do take her with us?" Giselle said examine the woman. "Look she has a small pistol and a walkie. Who knows what she could have done." She said giving them to Brenda.

"Alright let's just move her somewhere, where she can't be seen." Newt said stepping in. "You guys go well catch up to you guys."

We quickly left them behind and ran towards the staircase. As we made out way up we were met by a pair of guards. I stopped Jorge and Brenda behind me. As soon as the guards came close enough to me I punched the closet one in the face. Then I grabbed the next guard that already pulled out his gun. I heard Jorge punch the other guard while Brenda helped me with the other one by knocking him out.

"What are we going to do with them now?" I asked looking at the guards.
"Just leave them here we don't have time." Jorge said making his way up the stairs.

Brenda and I both ran up to catch up with him. We all managed to get to the place that Minho was being held at and luckily no one was there. Brenda scanned the ID and when she did the doors opens but an alarm went off. We all looked at each other and we knew we had to move fast. 

"Minho?" I yelled as I ran into the room.
"Thomas? Is that you?" I heard him say. I followed his voice and found him in a glass cell.
"Hey buddy, I'm so glad to see you." I told him.
"Me too but I don't think WCKD is."

"No they aren't so do you know how to get out of here?" Jorge asked.
"Um yeah just punch in the code 451*" he told him. Jorge followed suit and the  door cell opened.

I immediately hugged Minho as soon as he stepped out.
"You know you are jacked up, all of you." He said to us.
"Yeah but what's new." Brenda told him.

"Alright guys we need to go like now." Jorge said. We all nodded in agreement and ran out the door. When we made our way to the staircase we met up with Newt and Giselle.

"Oh man am I glad to see you." Newt told him. 
"I could say the same thing. I can you see your still chasing this one." Minho told him nodding towards Giselle.

"Not now Minho we got to go." I told him running past him. We all ran and found ourselves meeting the rest of the group. Unfortunately they wre being shot us as they ran through the door.

As they got closed to us Harriet pulled out a flash bomb and threw it at the guards. The flash blinded them and we managed to escape unharmed through the doors.

"Blow it up! Blow it up!" Vince yelled at Brenda.

Brenda pulled out the detonator but before she could press the button a voice stopped her and everyone else.

"Don't do it or he dies!"

We all turned around and I saw Teresa standing in front of me with a spear pointed at me head.
