Chapter 5

I walked into my room followed by Saph, She walked in behind me but was first to her bed. I smiled and then remembered something.

“Hey, do you have class tomorrow?” I asked. She sat up from her bed and looked at me nodding her head.

“Yeah, but I can skip if you need something done.”

“I just remembered I have no clothes…”

“Oh! When we wake up you can borrow something of mine and then we can go shopping! AWH, this is going to be so much fun! Do you need pajamas?” She asked jumping down from her bed and running to her closet.

“Uh, yeah.”

“Cool, shorts or long pants?” She asked.

“Uh, is it warm or cold at night?” She smiled and grabbed two shorts, one lime green pair and one bright orange. I smiled and grabbed the bright green. She grabbed two tank tops and handed me the green one. She slipped into her clothes and threw her day clothes into a basket. I did the same and climbed up my ladder and jumped into bed.

“Is it possible I can get some stuff from my old home?” She sighed and looked at me with sad eyes.

“Only this one time, and we have to keep the act up alright.”

“What act?”

“The act that all underworld people are mean and rude?” She said as if I should have known.

“Why would we do that?”

“I don’t know, Grim’s orders, we also have to dress in all black and have our wings out.” She said snuggling up to a pillow pet.

“I have a pillow pet too, but it’s at my old house.” I said frowning.

“What one?”

“The blue dino.”

“Mines the pink! But I want to get the Green dragon.”

“So do I!” I smiled and laughed at her, because her eyes grew big and she had a huge smile on her face.

“LETS GET SOME TOMORROW!” She yelled.

“Shh! You’re going to wake everyone up!” She laughed and shook her head laying back down and snuggling up. “Alright, let’s go shopping and then we can go to my house and get some stuff.”

“Deal.”

“Deal.” She smiled and closed her eyes and I did the same, slowly starting to fall asleep.

“Crap.” She said.

“What?”  I grumbled as I was just asleep.

“I forgot to turn the light off.” I laughed and got out of bed walking over to the door and flicking the light off turning around, I could hear her laughter. The room was… Amazing, there where stars everywhere! It looked like outer space with the glow in the dark stars.

“Whoa.”

“You like?” She asked.

“I love.”

“Good, now go to bed.” I smiled and walked over to my bed stubbing my toe on the ladder and then slapping the ladder to show it who’s boss. “Yeah, yeah you show that ladder.” She giggled.

“Oh shut up.” I laughed and snuggled up into my blankets falling into a deep well needed and loved sleep.

I woke up to Saph falling out of her bed and onto the beanie bag, she looked up at my and burst out laughing so I did the same.

“That was so close!” I said.
