It was Monday morning and the first day of school. I was at home getting ready, I just got done with my shower and I was getting ready. I put on my blue skinny jeans and my Raptor 7s. I had on a purple shirt. I flat ironed my hair and got my bag together. Keith had came to my room.

"Yo?" He said flopping on my bed

"Why you up so early?"

"My pops wants me to take Kenya to school."

"Awwww. Look at you taking your sister to school."

"Yeah yeah." He waved me off, "Breakfast downstairs."

"Keith wait. What you think of my outfit?"

"It's cool. You rocking it. I'm feeling them raptors though." He said walking out

After I finished getting ready I went and ate breakfast.

"Goodmorning Lexi." My Mom greeted me

"Goodmorning."

"Orange Juice?"

"Please?" I said while putting strawberry jelly on my toast

"I can't believe you are a senior now. You grew up so fast over these 17 years."

I just smiled at the thought, then got interrupted by Keith.

"Yo Alexis? Chris here."

"Let him in."

"I see you and Chris are getting a little serious."

"Yeah, he's different."

"Did you tell him about Damon?"

"Yeah."

"Hey gorgeous." Chris said walking in, "How you doing Ms. Gwen?"

"I'm good Christopher. How about you? You treating my daughter right?"

"Yes ma'am. I'm doing fine though. Thanks for asking."

"Why you up so early on this Monday morning?" I turned to face Chris

"I came to give you a ride to school."

"How you know my Mom wasn't gonna drop me off?" I asked

"I don't know then."

"See. I was gonna walk but you're here."

"See. Looks like I'm at the right place at the right time."

"Time to wake up Kenya." My Mom said walking out the kitchen

"Come here." Chris grabbed me, "Let me see those." He said kissing my lips. He bit on my lips for entrance but I had to pull away.

"Nope. No uh. We are in my Mom's house. Can't be doing that."

"I just want some love and affection." He said wrapping his arms around my waist

"We better get going before I'm late."

"Don't worry bae. I got you." He said walking out the kitchen

"I'm sure you do." I said walking out behind him

We got in his car and drove off to.my school. I was enjoying the ride, they was jamming on Pandora, but the ride was cut short by us arriving to my school.

"I'ma call you later." He said pecking my lips

"Okay. Have a good day at work." I said pulling him to peck his lips a few more times

"Aight go on to school. Go learn something." He said laughing

"Bye Chris." I said gathering my things and getting out his car

Now to start my day. I got my schedule and headed to my first class. I only have 4 classes cause I got most of my credits. I walked into class and sat in the far back. This class was mostly like a free period.

"Hello class I'm Mrs. Johnson. Feel free to do whatever, just as long as it is school appropriate." She said

I just pulled out my iPhone and headphones. I was just about to push play on They Don't Know by Chris Brown and Aaliyah when this guy started talking to me.

"Hey, how you doing? My name is Dwayne."

"Alexis." I said

He was a tall, chocolate skin guy with dark brown colored eyes with a nice low cut fade.

"You from around here? Your accent sounds like from the Eastcoast."

"I'm from Brooklyn, New York."

"All the way from the BK? What brings you to LA?"

"My Mom."

"Oh. Well I'm from Detroit. Came here to live with my Grandparents."

"To live with your grandparents?"

"My parents died in a car accident when I was 6. I've been staying with my grandparents since."

"I'm sorry to hear that."

"It's all good. I'm fine. So tell me a little bit about you. You seeing anybody?"

"Yeah."

"Cool. We could be friends."

I really don't want to be talking to this dude right now. God please speed up time. After that class was over I headed to my next class, which was English.(-.- Hate that subject.) I mean why we gotta learn a language we already speak. I entered class and sat once again in the far back. Then in comes the last person I would think to see..........

Sorry for the short chapter :(. Watching Game 6 of the NBA Finals against the Spurs and Heat. I'm going for the Spurs even though I'm a Knicks fan. Sorry I can't stand the heat.
