I stepped out of the shower, somewhat relieved. Not even warm streams of water could fix the fact that I was really disappointed in Vic. I don't feel like a righteous soon-to-be uncle. I was confused, and I just freshened up my body (I didn't bother to straighten my hair) and went to my living room, where Tony was sitting there, fidgeting his fingers.

"Can you believe this, Tony?"

"I really can't, Jaime. There's no way I'm staying in a band with a two timer, who's about to have two babies."

"Think we should break it to Vic gently tomorrow?"

Tony sighed. "Might as well. I'm afraid Pierce the Veil is going to kick the bucket soon enough."

"What about Mystic? Her baby's due in 4 days. Now she has to move all of her stuff out. Where else is she going to go?"

"My head hurts, Jaime. Lets talk about it more in the morning..."

My doorbell rang furiously. I opened it, and Mike came bursting in with a blonde female.

"No, boys! It is NOT over! This is all a lie just to break our bond apart and leave Mystic miserable!"

Tony looked at Mike weirdly. "What else is there to do, Michael? Vic cheated, that girl has a baby too, and Pierce the Veil is soon to be done for."

"Tony, baby," that blonde said calmly. "That's why I'm here to help."

"Who is this lady?" I ask.

"Boys, this is Josephine," Mike introduced. "She's a big part of this whole scandal. She's going to tell us everything."

We shake Josephine's little hands and we all sit down and she gives us a long thorough talk about everything that's happened. The jealousy. The lies. The slandering.

Me and Tony just look at each other.

"Well, we've been tricked. Bad," I stutter, as I rub my curly wet hair.

"Okay, now that we all are aware, we need to do something!" Tony ordered.

"Right!" Mike says. "Now, Josephine's been telling me about how her brother, Jason, is a cop in this area. If we can tell him, and have Layla officially confess to him, this whole thing will be squashed!"

"But how?" I ask. "From the sounds and looks of it, Layla's pretty sneaky."

Mike and Josephine give me and Tony a glare.

"Come meet us at the park tomorrow at 3 in the afternoon," she giggles. "We have a plan. That's foolproof."
