As you rose you met Xemnas' eyes and smiled, two actions you couldn't control.

"It's good to be back, Xemnas-sama. You didn't miss me too much, ne?" Instead of your voice, Xanthe's was heard.

What was going on?

Xemnas sighed. "Do you know how much trouble we went through to get you back?"

You smirked. "I appreciate your efforts, and you know my future involvement will be contributed to the building and finalizing of Kingdom Hearts."

"Yes, yes..." Xemnas averted his gaze. "I hope you realize people will come after you."

"Not if they don't know who I am," you sing-songed. "My appearance is quite different from ===='s. No one will recognize me, or suspect me, because they have never seen me before. You have nothing to worry about, Xemnas-sama!"

He pinched the bridge of his nose. "You must be tired. You're cheerful."

"Just the side effects of regaining control of a body," you reassured him. "But if you wish, I'll go take a nap."

"Very well then," Xemnas muttered.

You spun on your heels and took a step towards the exit, then paused to look over your shoulder. "Xemnas-sama?" You inquired.

"Yes, Xanthe?" He sighed.

"Do you have any apples?"

"I... I can't believe this..." Cloud slammed his fist on the kitchen counter, a few tears tracing his cheeks. "Why the hell does this hurt so damn much..."

Tifa placed a gentle hand on his shoulder and sighed slightly. "I know it hurts. But we'll get her back. We will, and you know this."

"And how long is that gonna take?? Two fucking years?" He shoved her hand away and averted his gaze. "Two.. Fucking.. Years, Tifa. I can't wait that long a second time."

She lowered her gaze. "You don't think this hurts me, too, Cloud? I feel.. I feel like we're letting Genesis down. 'Get her back before her sixteenth birthday,' he said. 'The sooner the better.' But now, how are we going to do that? We know what the Organization is plotting this time, and when it first happened, it took two years for ==== to.. Ah, turn back. But so many things have changed. Wataru is here, the Seven are involved..."

Cloud's head perked up. "Did you just say... The Seven?"

Tifa blinked. "Yes, the Seven. Did you not see them when we were knocked unconscious?" Her hand automatically flew to her neck and she winced, remembering the feeling of the dart piercing he neck. That didn't happen the first time.

"Nope," Cloud admitted. "I was too busy.. Seeing ===='s face and memorizing it as well as I could..." He let out a long, exasperated sigh. "What do we do now?"

"I say we wait," Tifa chided.

"What??" Cloud exclaimed. "Tifa, I think-"

"Hear me out, Cloud," she argued. "The Seven are here for a reason. They set this up. They're going to change something vital. They're fighting against the Organization, and did you see who they had on their team?" She paused a little, waiting to see if he would answer.
