Jade's POV
After unpacking, Kate, Isabelle, and I go down to the beach, as soon as we finished and go surfing, because love it. I see Alex and wave him over and I notice that he's with a group of friends, so I pull Kate and Isabelle over to them.
"hey guys, I’m Jade, these are my friends, Kate and Isabelle, nice to meet you....?" I wait for a reply from the 3 guys, and the one with blue eyes and blonde hair, answers me first.
"Oh, I'm Jake, your Kent’s daughter right?" He smiles and if I were any other girl I would melt at his gaze, but I don't, and then my thoughts wonder to Noah. I nod after pushing Noah out of my head and wait for the others to tell me their names. "Nice to meet you."
"Andy," the brown haired one says. I nod and my eyes wonder to the black haired one and I notice he's emo/goth and I smile. "A pleasure as well."
"Jesse," he says and starts to walks away, but I stop him.
"Hey wait, where are you going?" I ask, but he keeps walking away from me. I then notice how deathly pale he is, but put that aside. I feel a pull towards him but the one for Noah is stronger, and I have no idea why. I shrug those thoughts away and focus my attention on Jesse.
"Away from you," He declares loudly, "so get away from me!" I stand there shocked as he runs from me, and I feel sad, though I have no idea why, it’s not like I knew him very well. I walk slowly back to the other and lay my head down.
"What's wrong Jade?" the guys ask and I shrug and turn away from them. They back off after Isabelle tells them to, and I’m glad.
"Is it Jesse," Isabelle states in a whisper. I look over to her and see her thinking hard.
"Yeah, how did you know?" I wonder. I haven’t said anything to her and she was to busy flirting to notice I went after Jesse.
"Oh, I just guessed, and I would just let him go, he will come around," She says, "trust me he will." She goes pale after saying that and covering her mouth and runs. I go after her wanting an answer and I catch her easily.
"HOW, do you know that?" I ask angrily, she is starting to get on my nerve. I mean how does she know he's going to pull through; she didn't even talk to him, ugh!
"Umm, it’s just that all guys do and I just think he is too, god." Isabelle says quietly, I know she's lying, but she does have a point, all guys do, so I let it slide, for now. I sigh and pull her back to the guys and I notice that Jesse hasn't come back.
"Hey Alex, umm, where's Jesse?" I look around the beach for him, but he's not there. "Because I was just talking to him and he left."
Alex smiles and says, "Don't worry, he does that all the time, it’s no biggie, he'll be back at night." Now I was really curious, I mean he'll come back at night, WTF, anyway whatever.
"What do you mean; he'll be back at night?"
"Umm, he leaves and always comes to the house at night, but he has a job, so I think that’s where he's at." Alex says quickly. I sigh and forge the whole matter.
"Ok whatever," I mention, "I’m going home now." I wave to the guys and my besties and head t my dads. "Hey dad," I say, "have you noticed that Jesse leaves during the day and comes back at night?"
"yeah Hun, he works ya know." He says, and I sigh.
"Yeah ok, whatever." I declare and walk to my room. When I open the door a hand grabs my mouth...
