Gray woke early in the morning after just a few hours of sleep, as he he needs the least amount of rest out of the three, and went to the closest 24 hour store to get groceries and other daily necessities. When he returned home the other two were up and had already showered and dressed for the day. They were relaxing on the sectional while trash talking each other as they put their TV to good use playing Call of Duty. At the sound of Grays return, Ian lunged over the back of the sofa, did a ninja roll, jumped to his feet and grabbed the groceries. "Yes! Food!" He exclaimed as he brought the bags into the kitchen and put the food away as he munched on some beef jerky. "God, I love you so."
"Yeah, Yeah, I love you too"
Ian looked over at Gray slightly bewildered, "Dude, I was talking to my delicious beef jerky." Then he turned around, with another mouthful of jerky, and started making some breakfast for them all. Van snuck up behind him and grabbed one of the pieces of jerky from the package narrowly missing Ian trying to hit him with the frying pan that he swung at him like a tennis racket.
Van looked over at Gray, "Ian called the Alpha again to tell him to have the two male teachers quit today an hour before school is to start. I looked through all of our falsified certifications and IDs and have everything in order for the hiring process. If you want to take a quick shower I'll try to keep the glutton over there from eating all of the food before you get done."
"Hey! I resemble that remark!" Ian huffed. "I'm a growing wolf, I need sustenance."
Van smirked, "How long are you going to use that as an excuse? I'm pretty sure you stopped 'growing' about 278 years ago when you reached your 26th Birthday."
"Just cause I'm done aging doesn't mean I'm done growing." He stopped his cooking to flex his muscles. "Look at these guns man, they need fuel to grow this big."
"Whatever helps you sleep at night Bro."
Ian defiantly shoved another stick of jerky in his mouth as he turned back to the eggs on the stove. Van went back over to the game and decided to keep playing while Ian was distracted with the food. He was able to beat Ian's high score and killed off almost all of his team before he finished.
"Breakfast is....You, you, Dick! That is so not fair. Arrrg. You better watch your back Vanny boy, cause I'm going to get you when you least expect it." He turned around while grumbling to himself and sat at one of the stools to eat at the bar where he had placed the food. He glared at Van the whole time he shoveled his heaping plate of eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, and toast into his mouth.
Van calmly sat beside him and enjoyed his much smaller portion and inquired "Are you going to chew any of that? Why don't you just shove the whole thing, plate and all into your giant maw in one big bite?"
"Ha, Ha, your soooo funny Van," Ian retorted while rolling his eyes and having some food come flying out of his mouth.
"Say it, don't spray it." Van wiped at his sleeve with disgust, "Could you just try to keep your food to yourself." He then slapped the hand that was starting to reach towards Gray's plate to snatch a piece of bacon. "No. Bad dog, bad dog."
"I'm not a dog," Ian growled as he lunged towards Van, knocking him off the stool and wrestling in the empty dining area. They were a blur of legs and arms until Ian got him in a secure hold with muscles straining. "Say it." He demanded.
"Alright, alright don't get your panties in a bunch. You are not a dog." Van sighed in resignation, "Now let me go."
"Now say that I'm the best, strongest, most handsome and you suck."
"I'm the best, strongest, most handsome and you suck." Van smirked as Ian let him go.
"That's right...wait a minute, you stupid dick!" He lunged towards Van again.
