Chapter 4: RUN

Sam's POV

We walked into the room and we closed the door behind us. "We made it!" I said as Silly shushed me. "Did you hear that?" We heard Yuki ask. "Hurry!" Silly whispered as I nodded an looked in Sookie's chest of boxers. I grabbed 4 pairs and then before I could react to anything I saw the door open... "Oh shit..." I whispered as it was revealed to be Sookie. "He-Hey, what are you doing?" She asked as we grabbed the boxers and we ran off.

"OI GET BACK HERE!" Yuki shouted at us as she entered the room. We were going to the balcony. Silly jumped off and landed flawlessly. I looked back and Yuki was chasing after me. So I quickly jumped off with her. I landed on my feet and I fell in the ground and let go of the boxers I had in hand. One of them was on my face, I could smell her... I sniffed and then sat up. "Mmm, these smell good." I said as I sniffed it again. "Sam!" Silly said as she grabbed the boxers and ran off.

"Right..." I said while running off. I followed behind her and we met up with Taurtis. "You guys go them?" He asked as he coughed violently. "Yes we did!" I said as I handed him one. He coughed again, it seemed to look much worse than the flu now... He sniffled and smiled. "I need this for some... Research... Thanks."

"No problem." I said while we out the others inside of my backpack. "We should head home now." I said while the two nodded. Taurtis started coughing again, it was staring to sound worse and worse. "Do you need some Advil or something?" I asked him as we started walking to the train. "No I'm fine."

"Sam, come with me." Silly said as she walked a little farther. "Um, ok." I told her while I caught up with her, leaving Taurtis behind us. "You do know that Taurtis is really sick, right?" She asked I nodded. "Why did you tell him to come here then? He looks really out of it."

"I thought he would like to come and join me in the raid. He usually always loves to wear Sookie's boxers." I said while laughing. She chuckled and sighed. "Next time, please be more considerate of your friend. He could get even more sick if he stays out in the cold." "I guess."

We turned back and Taurtis was looking not that well. It was fairly cold anyway, it's winter so I don't expect it to be so warm anyways. "What are you guys talking about?" He said weakly. "Nothing, let's just go get the tickets."

We went to the ticket booth and bought ourselves some tickets.

Later...

The train stopped and we were rudely asked to leave by Pete. "GETTA MY TRAIN YOU HOOMANS." He said as he pushed his off the train. We walked out and we went to the sidewalk. "Sam... Can you drop me off at my house?" Silly asked. I noticed a little tiny bit of pink on her face. I think she's blushing, but why would she be blushing? Does she like me...? "Sure." I said while I looked at Taurtis. "But Taurtis."

"Don't worry Sam I'm independent I can walk home myself." He said while he coughed hoarsely. "You sure?" I asked him. "Yeah, see you at home." He said while walking away to the apartments. "You don't have to drop me off, you can go with him if you want..." She said while I turned back to her. "No, it's fine. I believe Taurtis can make it." I said while she nodded.

We walked over to her place, which wasn't really too far away from here. Just a block away. "Silly I need to ask you a quick question." I told her. She looked up and asked. "What is it?"

"Do you like me? I'm curious to know this..." I asked her. She chuckled nervously and violently shook her head. "Hehe, I don't..." She said while she clasped her hands together. "I don't like you that way... Sam... I'm serious!"

This was rising some suspicion. She likes me, I can tell she does... "Ok, whatever you say." I said while laughing. She lightly pushed me and covered her face with her hair. "Don't make fun of me..." She mumbled. "I know you do, silly." I told her while smiling. She moved her hair out of the way and said. "Oh... Um I'm sorry for making you uncomfortable and stuff I just don't know what to do..." She said while looking down at her feet. "It's ok, don't worry. Nothing changed."

"So you don't like me back?" She asked. I sighed and shrugged. "Not sure about my feelings yet, but I'll keep it in mind." I told her while she lightly sighed. "Ok, I understand." She said while disappointed. "I just need to see how things play out with Sookie." I told her.

"Isn't she lesbian? I don't think that would work out, to be honest." She said while I shrugged. "Meh, oh well. I could still try for a couple more months." I told her while we arrived at her house. "Oh..." She said while it began to rain. "You should get going, make sure Taurtis doesn't get caught in the rain." She said.

"Yeah, we'll see you later." I told her while I waves goodbye.

Silly's POV

He walked away from me and I stood there in the rain, watching him run off. I love him... I went inside of my house and then I saw my mom was cooking dinner with my dad. "WELCOME BACK." My dad said as he greeted me. "Did you have fun?"

"Yeah I did. It was ok." I said while handing the grappling hook back to Rowan. "THANKS." He said I nodded and walked to my room. "Silly is everything ok?" I heard my mom ask from the kitchen. "Yeah, everything's fine." I said while I continued to walk to my room. I closed the door as soon as I entered and I laid down on my bed. "Why not just go my phone." I said while I went on Twitter.

I went on Sam's page and saw his relationship status was taken. He was apparently dating Sookie. There was a comment on his page from Sookie saying. "We're not dating..." Sam replied with. "In my dreams we are." I got a little jealous but why should I be? I mean, she's not into guys. She shouldn't go for him since she's dating Soul. I looked at pictures and there was a picture of him and Taurtis. It said.

"TAURTIS IS SO FUNNY." It was actually Grian. I remember when Grian was here, but he went back to the UK. He was deported... I locked my phone and then looked out the window while I was thinking about Sam...
