Its almost midnight. My hand hurts from writing. My attention goes to the window. I suddenly realise I have not yet looked out of it. The first thing I do is look up to the mountains. The full moon makes them easier to see. The second thing I do is look down. Just as Cornelia jumps into a strange looking mans arms. He kisses her with so much passion. Music lessons my ass. I don't recall her telling me of a boyfriend. I brush it off and close my curtains. I turn off the lights and slide into bed. Laying there with my eyes closed recalling everything from my first day at Biltmore.
