one mistake changes everything (1D)

chapter 1

Im lily-may. I'm 15 turning 16 soon. Whoop whoop. I love to dance and I'm a goody two shoes. I'm always on time for school and I never get into trouble.

I live with my mother and little brother in London. My older brother doesn't live with us.

But after one of my mistakes my life changes. Is it for better or worse?

" lily-may get up for school right now!"

Ugh great my mum is in a bad mood already. I look at my alarm. Great 6am.

I get up ready for school. Taking a shower and putting my school uniform on. I really don't like this uniform. Walking towards the kitchen I can hear my mother yelling at my little brother. Oh how I wish I was an only child.

"Goodmorning mum" I say to my mum.

"I'm going to be late home today. I have to take your brother to an appointment. So I'll be home at 6pm sharp. So if you want to go out be home by then please"she says.

Great home alone again. I do have friends but I only have a couple.

I nod at my mum and head out the door walking to school.

I arrive 10minutes later at the front gate. I look for my friends and spot them talking to a group of guys. My stomach sinks. I was the worst at talking to guys I made myself always look like an idiot. I walked towards them.

"Hi lily-may" maddi and belle said.

"Hi guys"

"This is josh,jake and rocco" maddi says.

I smile at each of the boys. They all stand in a group talking and laughing. While I just fade into the background. I see josh looking at me a couple of time but I take no meaning to it.

Ring! Ring! Ring!

School bell yay another day of boring subjects.

School went forever finally home time. Saying good bye to belle. I head home walking with maddi. Maddi and I are close friends. We talk about everything to each other no secrets. We head to a cafe nearby. We find a table and begin to talk and talk and talk forever. The bell rings meaning someone is entering the cafe. I causally look up to see so it was and see rhyan. I have had a crush on rhyan for a while and he and I are good friends one of the only guy friends I have. I wave at him and he begins to walk over.

"Hey little bean" I smile at his nickname he has given me.

"Hey rhyan what are you doing here?"

"I'm Here for a drink. Hence the cafe."

We all laugh at him.

"Wanna sit down with us" maddi asks him.

I death stare her. Why would she invite him. I'm going to sound like an idiot now grreeeeaaat.

Time flys and eventually it's time for us to leave. Walking home I open the door and see my mother isn't back. Great. Home alone for extra.

*an hour later*

My mum is still not back. I decide to ring her. No answer. I try again and no answer.

*knock knock knock*

Who could be at the door. I walk over and open.

"Hi how may--" I don't finish my sentence as I realise the police are standing in front of me.

"Hi miss are you daughter of Jenna Richards?"

"Yes why do you need to know that?"

" we need you to come with us and we will explain everything"

I nod and get into the police car. I watch the houses fly by when eventually we pull up at the hospital.
