Chapter 32

Lily-may P.O.V

We pull up at the cemetery. I can't believe nick did this. We begin walking towards mums grave. I have had the best day ever.

*next day*

Waking up slowly. I realise that I'm 16 now. Yesterday was the best day. After visiting the cemetery. I came home to see all the boys with yet another little party.

They each gave me presents.

I got from Niall and Zayn some baby blankets and neutral clothing as I don't know what I'm having. Louis got me furniture which I can get later. Liam bought me some dance DVDs and new pair of pointe shoes which I desperately needed. I guess I will be using them after the baby though. Nick bought me baby toys and well he almost bought the whole store with the amount that I received. Finally Harry didn't get me anything but he said I can have my present when the baby is born. I really wanted to know what he got me but he wouldn't spill.

Finally I decided to go downstairs. I got dressed into a dress that wasn't tight on my stomach. As I reached the last step I hear all the boys whispering in the lounge room. As I walk into the room they all go quiet.

Argh not this again I thought.

I wasn't in the mood for this so I just walked out and into the kitchen so I could make some food.

Grabbing a box of fruit loops and milk I poured them in a bowl and began to eat them. Half way through I was full so I put the bowl in the sink. I will clean them up later. I walked to the bathroom to finish getting ready. Even though I wasn't sure what we were doing today.

Beep beep beep

Oh my phone.

"Hello lily-may speaking" I said.

"Hello this is the london medical centre and I'm calling about your check up on the baby today with dr Patrick" the lady said.

Omg I completely forgot.

"Um yes sorry completely slipped my mind. What time was that?" I ask.

"That's alright. I understand you are probably very stressed at the moment. The appointment was at 12:30 and your waiting time could vary between 5minutes upto an hour depending on how long each patient takes" she says.

I look at the Time and see is already 10:30 so I have enough time to get there.

"Thank you ill see you then" I say then I hang up.

I walked back to the lounge room to see who is able to take me.

I hear one of the boys talking so I decide to eavesdrop.

"Should we tell her?" I hear I think Harry say.

"No we can't not yet. It isn't the right time" nick says.

"I just think she will be mad that we didn't tell her" Niall says.

Go Niall whoohoo I'm on your side.

"Yeah she is already stressed enough I don't think we should tell her" Liam says.

"Ok we all agree that no one says anything until I say to. Deal?" Nick says.

"Deal" all the boys say.

I decide to wait 2 minutes then I walk into the lounge room to see Liam and Niall playing on the Xbox. Louis and Zayn are on their phones and nick and Harry are talking.

"Hi guys. Um can someone drive me to the medical centre?" I ask.

The boys all look worried.

"Omg is the baby coming!" Nick yells.

'Stay calm everyone ill call an ambulance" Louis yells

"Are you alright. How is the pain?" Harry says.

"Omg omg what do we do" Niall screams.

I look over to Liam who is just embarrassed as he obviously knows what I mean.

"Um guys calm down. She said. Medical centre NOT hospital. Jesus"

"Oh" all the boys say.

I just begin to crack up.

"I'm so glad I wasn't having the baby now. You all are so not helpful at all' I say in between laughing.

"So who can take me?' I ask once I calm down.

All the boys hands shoot up.

"I guess we are all going, we need to leave at 12 the appointment is at 12:30" I say.

"What is the appointment for?" Niall asks.

"It's my 25 week check up but cause I couldn't get in then it's my now almost 28 week check up"

"Oh alright"

I sit down on the couch next to Harry and turn the tv on. Moment later sitting in silence Harry just gets up and walks out of the room.

I look around at all the boys. I can notice that they are avoiding eye contact.

"Um guys you know what. I'm just going to go by myself to the appointment. Ok. So bye" I say and walk out the door with my handbag. I don't let anyone even try and speak to me. Hopefully this walk will do me good. I hope the walk isn't to far.
