(Cyrus’ POV)
To lighten up the awkward aura between the both of us, I turned on the music while driving.
“Uhm… Where are we going by the way?” she asked shyly.
“Us? Hmmm… Wait! We’re going to… Uhm…. Where are we going anyway?” I said.
Why did I suddenly forget it?
This is unusual for me, huh?
“Hahahaha! Look! You’re turning into an old man! Forgetful! Hahahaha!” she starts to laugh.
“What? An old man? Your joke is not funny!” I said irritated.
“Oh, whatever! Old man! Hahahahaha!”
“Stop calling me ‘Old man’!”
“Booo! You, Old man!” she tucked her tongue out teasing me.
“Fine! If I’m an old man, then you’re a lousy thief!” I teased her too.
“A thief? Do you think you’re not a thief too?” she asked raising her left eyebrow.
I parked the car to continue arguing with her.
“Oh sure! A thief? When did I steal, huh?” I asked.
“At the locker room, you stole my first kiss!” She shouted.
For awhile, I’m a bit shock to hear her bring that up.
But, anyway, let’s continue arguing.
“Oh! So a while ago, don’t you think you were not a kiss thief too?” I asked facing her.
“Well… I didn’t steal it because you responded in just a few seconds.” She argued.
“Well, I just thought that you will be embarrassed if I don’t respond. And take note, you don’t know how to kiss!” I said.
“FYI, your kissing style sucks! What a shame! A guy doesn’t know how to kiss?! Yuck!”
“Oh… so the tomboy have spoken. Why? Do you know how to do it? Since we both know that I am your first kiss, how the heck can you differentiate a perfect and imperfect kiss?” I asked teasing her.
She stopped and turned red.
‘I am your first kiss’
Sh*t! Why did I say that?
That’s sensitive to girls.
Shocks!
I sit back properly feeling the awkward moment that conquered the whole atmosphere.
I start to drive again to our way to our house.
“Let’s go.” I said as I jump out of my car.
She did the same and observes the whole area.
“Where are we?” she asked seeing the big mansion in front of us.
“We’re at our house.” I said as I come in front of her and take away her cap.
I arranged her bangs by holding it up with the hairclip that I bought for her.
“Grandpa is up there.” I said as I make myself busy with grooming her.
“He wants to talk to us.” I said as I put my hands to her shoulders with a wide smile.
“Okay! You’re beautiful.” I said.
I looked at her face and find her looking straight to my eyes.
Why does she have to be THIS adorable?
