Anime Character x Reader One-Shots

L/Lawliet x Reader: "Ryuzaki, lay down."

A/N - I love L, he's just so funny xD But then, I seem to love the characters that are awkward and not like everyone else xP Anyways if you haven't seen the A/N or if you just skipped it.., this was previously Naruto Character x Reader One-Shots, but I've changed it to Anime Character x Reader One-Shots. I still take requests, and now they can be from any anime. Well on with the story.

Anime: Death Note

Character: L/Lawliet /Ryuzaki

"Ryuzaki...." You mumbled for the hundredth time.

"Hm?" He quietly questioned for the hundredth time.

"Lay down." You repeated softly.

"If I don't sit like this-" He began.

"Your deduction skills will drop by 40%. Yes, I know." You interjected quietly.

"Then (n/n), I do not understand why you keep requesting for me to lay down." He murmured, pressing his thumb to his bottom lip thoughtfully. You groaned.

"I want to lay with you, in your arms Ryuzaki."

"Why?" He murmured.

He really doesn't understand relationships and feelings very much does he? You thought tiredly. You tried a different route.

"Ryuzaki for crying out loud you're supposed to sleep. You don't need perfect deduction skills to sleep. That's just going to keep you awake longer, and you're not getting the rest you need. So please, lay down." You muttered, closing your eyes and half-heartedly tugging on his sleeve.

You knew it was rather pointless to try to get him out of his crouch, but you really just wanted to cuddle with him. You sighed dejectedly when a few minutes passed with nothing changing. Reluctantly you pulled your hand back from him and turned onto your side facing away from him.

Your eyes opened wearily when you heard him shuffling around on the bed a few moments later. You watched blankly as he shuffled around and laid on his back, hesitantly stretching his body out. You sat up and stared at him disbelievingly as you couldn't believe he actually complied with laying down.

He stared at the ceiling for a few moments before looking at you. He pressed his thumb to his lips again which formed one of his smiles as he stared back at you for a while.

"You've been staring at me for a while. Not that I mind so much... your (e/c) eyes are beautiful but, didn't you want to lay with me?" He finally said, his thumb lowering from his mouth slowly, putting his arms behind his head.

You pushed the blanket off your body and moved over to L and laid on your side beside him and laid your head on his chest.

Hm? Ryuzaki thought as you fidgeted around a bit.

You melted against him, entangling your legs with his gently. You laid your head above his heart and kept the majority of your weight off of him because even though you knew he wasn't, he still had that fragile appearance about him.

His chest moved slightly as he lifted his head and brought his arms back out and wrapped them around you. Well he wrapped an arm around you. His other thumb went back to his lips. You peeked up at him and watched him play with his bottom lip with his thumb.

"Ryuzaki?"

"Hm?"

You reached your arm up and tugged on his sleeve, pulling his arm down. He watched you with something akin to amusement in his eyes, as you moved his arm around so you could lace your fingers with his.

"(N/N)?"

"Hm?"

"Look at me."

You looked up at L again and your lips met his as you did. You gasped slightly at his unexpected move. His mouth twitched in a smile against your mouth in response to your gasp as he softly kissed you. He pulled away after a few moments.

"You can say my name in this room. It's safe." He said, laying his head back on the pillows.

"But Light is next door." You protested, confused.

"He can't hear anything. This room is soundproof."

"Hm." You hummed.

You laid quietly for a little while. You weren't feeling quite so tired anymore... You pulled your hand out of L's and placed it on his chest for support as you threw your leg over him and placed your other hand on his chest and moved your body so that you were straddling his waist. His lips parted slightly as he started breathing a little heavier.

"Lawliet..." You breathed softly.

"What are you doing...(y/n)" He muttered.

You slid your hands up to his shoulders for support as you leaned down and kissed him with a smile. His hands rested on your waist helping support you for a little before wrapping his arms around your back and pulling you down on top of him.

You gasped slightly and you felt him sigh against your lips.

"I told you already, I'm stronger than I seem." He mumbled.

You smiled as the kiss became more urgent, leading you to be thankful that his room is soundproof...
