Love Me Paparazzi(BTOB Fanfic)

Chapter Twenty

Why does time has to go so fast? Before I know it I have already been with BTOB for two months now. We have been going to the mall, amusement park, restaurants, and all those funny things. I wish that it would never end but I need to snap out of it. If I don’t get anything I will get fired and you know I can’t let that happen.

I was sitting eating breakfast with the other members. I haven’t talked a lot these past few days because I know what will happen and I don’t want them to remember me too much because it will soon be over. All of it.
 “It’s a very nice weather today , we should go out because this is one of our last days before we have busy schedule for the rest of the year” Hyunsik says and looks at us “What do you think?” he asks
 “It sounds great!” the rest of the members shouts
 “What do you think, Sohyun?” Hyunsik asks and looks at me. This is it. I have to do like Joonho told me.
 “Uhm… you can go. I don’t feel so good, I’ll just rest for today” I say and give him a weak smile. I hate lying to him.
 “Are you sure? Do you want me to stay with you?” he asks worried and I shake my head
 “Ani, I’m fine. I can take care of myself, you guys can go have fun” I give him a quick kiss on the  cheek before I leave the table.

Hyunsik’s POV

I wonder what’s wrong with Sohyun. She hasn’t been talking a lot and it makes me worried. I wonder what it is that she won’t tell me. Don’t worry Hyunsik, she’s probably just a bit sad that you will have a busy schedule or something. Yeah it’s probably something like that. It has to be…

I slowly knock on Sohyun’s door before I enter it. I look around finding her sitting against the wall, it looks like she has spaced out again.
 “Sohyun?” I say. She looks up at me and give me a weak smile
 “Hi” she says and I sit down next to her
 “You know if there is something that is bothering you, you can always talk to me” I say and smile at her.
 “Thank you Hyunsik” she says and gives me a quick smile
 “Well, me and the other guys are going now. Call one of us if there is something that is bothering you, okay?” I say and she nods. I walk out from the room but hear her talking to me so I stop.
 “Hyunsik, no matter what happens… I will always love you. I promise that… I promise that I love you even if you think that I don’t” she says and I turn around and kiss her softly on the lips.
 “I love you too Sohyun. You’re my everything” I say before I leave her room and out from the dorm with the other members.

Sohyun’s POV

 “I love you too Sohyun. You’re my everything” I hear Hyunsik say before he leaves the dorm. I sigh for myself and try to hold back the tears. After sitting in the bed for ten minutes I start to pack all my stuff. I put the few things I have in a big bag that Hyunsik once bought me. When I get home I’m going to put this in the basement and forget everything…
I put on my shoes and look at the dorm. I slowly sigh and bite my lip to not cry. Goodbye forever…

When I arrive to my home I quickly put away the bag and just take my phone and my so called ‘paparazzi camera’. While walking out from my house I take the keys to my car and sit down in it. Everything that matters now is to keep my work… I need it more than anything.
I start the car and drive to the Han River. Thousands of thoughts are running through my head. Will they see me or will I have to leave them just like that??

I arrive at the Han River and look around. Where can those boys be? Is it that hard finding seven loud boys??
When I was thinking about that I saw some guys running down to the water.
 “Yah hyungs wait for me!!” one of them shouts
 “Hurry up Sungjae we don’t have all day!” someone else shouts. It’s them…
I slowly hide in a bush a bit away from them. Even if this isn’t the best ankle this is as close as I can…
I quickly take as many photos as I can before I leave. I don’t want to stay here too long.
When I’ve taken a couple of photos I’m satisfied and look at the photos. But there is something missing. I count the people in the photos. There are only six people… wait… where is Hyunsik?!
 “S-Sohyun?” I hear a familiar voice behind me. I slowly turn around at meet his eyes.
 “Ooh Hyunsik! Eh… hi…” I say trying to act normal but of course I fail.
 “What do you have in your hand?” he asks and glares at me.
I look down seeing the big camera in my hand.
 “Hyunsik… I can explain…” I say but before I even know it he pushes me out from the bush causing attention from other people and of course the rest of the members.
 “Yah Hyunsik what’s going on?” Eunkwang says and they run up to us.
 “Let her explain!” he shouts and points at me
 “Sohyun?” Ilhoon says shocked and I look at him. I knew that this would happen.
 “What’s going on here?”
 “Why are you holding in that camera?”
 “Are you one of them?”
All their questions are everywhere and I try to hold in my tears. I look up meeting Hyunsik’s eyes in a second but he turns away.
 “Yeah, what’s going on. Tell us Sohyun” Hyunsik says coldly. I sigh and look down at the ground. I need to tell them. It’s now or never I guess…
 “My name is Lee Sohyun, I’m 17 years old, and I’m a paparazzi… Two months ago I got a mission from my boss. I was going to collect information from a special group. That group was you. I pretended to have mind loss so I could come closer with you. At first I thought that you were just like any other group. Spoiled and only thought about your image. But as times passed by I learned to know you guys. You weren’t like other groups. You guys were special. I regret that I had to lie to you but I have a reason; if I didn’t do this mission I would get fired and I couldn’t allow that because… my father was once a paparazzi and I wanted to start were he finished. I’m sorry about everything” I say and I can hear them taking deep breaths.
 “I can’t believe it… you lied for us all this time. You lied about that we were your friends and you lied that you loved me. You betrayed us” Hyunsik says and I look up at him
 “I… I didn’t lie about that! You guys are my friends and I promise that I love you! I promise!” I say and tears are starting to form in my eyes.
 “I think it’s time for us to leave” I hear Eunkwang say and he looks at me “Goodbye Sohyun…” he says before they all leave.

I take a grip of Hyunsik’s arm.
 “Please Hyunsik, it was to my father! I couldn’t get fired, that work is the only thing that reminds me of him. Please Hyunsik, please forgive me!” I shouted and cried at the same time
 “Then what about me? What about the other members? Did you ever think about how we felt?! It’s over! Just forget that we ever met!” he says and starts to walk away.
 “Hyunsik, please!” I cry out
 “Just leave us alone and never show your face in front of us again” he says with a ice cold voice before he leaves with the rest of the members.
I fall down on the ground and start to cry out loud.I knew that I shouldn’t have done this…

After sitting there awhile staring at nothing I decided to go to the Joonho’s office. I know that it’s wrong but this work is so important to me…
I arrive at the building and take a deep breath before I enter the elevator that leads to Joonho’s office. When the elevator stops I walk through the long corridor and then stop in front of a white painted tree door. I slowly knock at the door before I enter the room. There; behind the desk I see Joonho sitting in front of his computer.
 “Aah Sohyun, please take a seat!” he gladly says and I sit in front of him. He slowly looks deep in to my eyes which make me feel very uncomfortable. “ Have you been crying?” he asks and I glare at him
 “It’s none of your business” I coldly answer and hand him the camera “Here, I don’t want it anymore” I say without hesitating. What are you doing?! What do you mean you don’t want it anymore?!
He takes the camera and looks through the photos without caring about what I said.
 “Hmm maybe not very great photos but I’ve been thinking about a scandal” he says and I nod
 “And what’s that?”
 “I’m sorry but I can’t tell you. You wanted to end your job here right? Or did I just misunderstand?” he asked and I stood up.
 “You’re right. I can’t go on anymore”
 “So you’re letting your father down, huh?”
I sigh and look out through the window. I can’t handle this anymore. I’ve noticed something. It isn’t the idols that are bad it is us. We paparazzi’s are the bad ones. We make them mad. They fight with each other but that’s normal, they are just like everyone else on this planet. We are the ones who take their private life away. I can’t believe I didn’t understand that after all the drama with BTOB…
 “My father… my father is long dead and you know it. I think it’s time for me to move on from that” I say and he nods
 “It’s your decision. I’ll take the camera and put the money in your bank, okay?” he says and I nod before I leave.
 “Oh and Joonho. Please don’t make the scandal to big” I say and he smirks
 “That’s my decision and my decision alone” he says. I slowly nod and leave the office forever….
