A/N : Myleigh Joe and Carleigh Jean Hughes ^^"Okay, seriously you have to freaking spill the beans." MJ said for the 500th time this past minute. It had been 2 weeks since the surprise birthday brunch and my birthday was tomorrow. I was laying on her bed with my head hanging off the side trying to read the new TIME magazine. MJ was sitting next to me prodding me with her questions, while Carleigh Jean just spun in circles in MJ's teal desk chair popping bubbles with her gum while playing candy crush.
"I have no beans to spill." I groaned throwing the magazine on the ground, and sat up.
" There has to be some I mean, he opened the door for you, Vern." She said as she collapsed dramatically onto her pillows.
"Like I said earlier, it was a misunderstanding from when we first left the house."
"I don't believe it." She huffed.
"Myleigh he is our brother. Get over your creepy obsession, besides its obvious he likes Vern." Carleigh interjected.
"He does not like me, guys!" I groaned. "Im going to get some popcorn, and when I get back we are changing this subject."
Throughout the past two weeks is gotten to talk to Oliver a little more, and had come to a realization. Oliver can either be super sweet or be a douchebag just like the mini mart. There is no in between. But I had maybe only slightly gotten a tiny crush on him. Ugh I hate feelings.
I pulled down my shirt and headed out the door. I closed it back behind me and headed down the hallway.
"Verny." A small voice whispered. I turned and saw Jude poking out of the coat closet.
"Jude bug why are you in the closet?" I whispered.
"Im hiding from Oliver. But I think he got confused."
"How long have you been in here?"
"Im not sure, how ever long 17 Mario kart races are." He said shrugging showing my his DS. " Can you just go find him, I think he is hiding too but I don't want to lose my epic spot."
"Sure, cutie." I sighed then headed down to the guest bedroom. After looking there, the living room, the kitchen, I headed down to the basement which was formed into a game room.
"Oliver?" I whisper- yelled.
"Jane?" I heard someone mumble.
I looked over and in the corner under a pile of pillows I saw familiar green eyes staring back at me.
"You know Jude said you are seeking, right?" I asked.
"Seriously?" He groaned as he stood up.
"Yeah, he told me to come find you to tell you." I giggled.
His brown hair was in a messy bun, he had on low hanging black sweatpants and a maroon v neck. My eyes made it back to the face after I so obviously checked him out and he had an unreadable look on his face. My heart went in to overdrive as he walked over to me, but stopped when he was an inch away.
"What are you doing to me, Jane?" He whispered huskily.
I just gazed at him with wide eyes. He leaned forward and paused with his lips hovering over mine. I just stood frozen, not daring to move. I almost groaned out loud when his lips pressed onto my cheek instead of my lips. He headed out the door and I immediately regretted coming down here. I was fine with having this whole crush on Oliver thing as more of an afterthought. Where I wasn't sure, and where I could always laugh it off because I wasn't sure. Now I am. I was 100% sure I really really liked Oliver.
