I had to be dreaming. There was no way around it.

It had to be a dream.

In what world do I wake up cuddled in Oliver's arms with his breath gently caressing my shoulder. Plus he was most definitely not in my bed when I fell asleep, so how did he even get here? I may have had my eyes closed tightly but my body had never felt more awake. I could feel this hum of joy as my body buzzed with excitement. I wasn't sure how long I laid there enjoying the moment until Oliver started to stir. I stayed frozen, pretending I wasn't being as creepy as I felt. I felt his hands gently stroke my arm. Goosebumps trailed behind his touch, and it took everything in me to keep my breathing stable. His hand lazily caressed my arm until his phone started to vibrate.

"Shit." I heard him mumble as he searched for his phone. After 4 vibrations he picked it up. "Hello?" he said lowly. God his voice was sexy in he morning.

" Oliver, son I just finished... speaking to your mum." A voice so low I barely made out what he said. I was still so close to Oliver I could feel his body freeze. "She said you had a cozy life now and that you're out of our hair now." The voice chuckled.

"I swear if you so much as touch her I will come back and kill you." Oliver said, so darkly it terrified me.

" Don'y worry pet, I am sure we will see each other real soon anyways. No need for you to get all worked up about it now and ruin our reunion later. "

"Denarius I swear to God-"

"Goodbye son." this Denarius said before the line went dead.

"Shit." Oliver whispered throwing his phone down on the bed. I decided then would be a good time to 'wake up'.

"Oliver, are you okay?" I asked sitting up, throwing in a yawn and a stretch to seem less alert than I truly was.

"Oh, Janie, sorry I woke you. I'm fine just a wrong number." He mumbled falling back into the pillows. He reached over and played with a strand of my hair.

"Oliver, how did you get in my house?" I asked slowly. As happy as I was to have woken up next to him I was still confused.

"Oh, uhh your dad let me in this morning. I didn't sleep well so I must have dozed off." He said sheepishly. The anger in him seemed to have disappeared, but I couldn't shake that Oliver was holding something back.

"But why did you come, don't get me wrong, you are welcome anytime I am just confused thats all." I said rolling to my side to look at him better. He had on arm under his head, and the other still  gently playing with my hair. The movement seemed to calm us both as we laid there.

"I was worried about you." He shrugged looking over at me.

"Is that why you couldn't sleep?" I asked, perching up on my elbow. My eyebrows furrowed together there was no way that was why.

"Yes. " he said so casually, like it was the most obvious thing in the world.

"Oliver."

"Janie, before you say anymore can you go brush your teeth, you have terrible morning breathe." He said.

"Thats rude Oliver." I grumbled, but rolled out of bed to go do so. My cheeks blazed in embarrassment as I walked to my bathroom.

"Just telling you the truth, love." he laughed.

I rolled my eyes as I put toothpaste on my toothbrush.

"And furver more yoo can't tell meh whad to do." I muffled out as I scrubbed my teeth.

"I am an englishman and even I couldn't tell if that was English." Oliver laughed back.

"You pig." I spit out, quite literally as I had spit out the toothpaste while saying that. I rubbed my face with a towel and sprayed some perfume on, just incase he had any other snarky comment to say to me. I walked back into my room and tried my best to keep my head up and act like his words at my morning breathe hadn't hurt my ego.

"I prefer swine, actually." He grinned. I rolled my eyes and laid back down, further from him than before.

"Why so far away? Did I hurt the babies feelings?" He mocked. In this moment I honestly wanted to throttle him, burn the body, and place the ashes in a litter box to get shit on.

"Jane." He murmured softer this time. I turn to glare at him just as he inched closer. My heart rate started to pound as his face neared mine. I didn't have to think as my body instinctively moved towards him. His lips were almost touching mine when he whispered. "You're too easy to predict, Janie."

Easy?! EASY?! Oh no way in God's green earth was I getting called easy. I shoved him away as hard as I could, causing him to roll onto the floor.

"The bloody hell was that for?!" Oliver shrieked.

"I. Am. Not. Easy. You asshole!" I yelled back.

"It was for a laugh, Veronica. Get your arse over it."

"I don't take too kindly to being called easy, Mr.egotistical jerk."

"Oh, so we are back to this. Okay, fine two can play at that game, you ungrateful child."

"I am not a child!" I yelled my, anger boiling over into my veins causing my body to move closer to him.

"Says the girl who throws a fit when she doesn't get her way! Even Jude is past that stage and he is 7!"

"Oh please you don't know what I want." I seethed. Who does this guy think he is?

"Well enlighten me on what you want." He said rolling his eyes.

First off I'd like to disclaim that the following actions were strictly done because my anger was controlling my body. And because I'm a prideful, smart ass who enjoys doing exactly what one leasts excepts. I got that from Carleigh Jean I suppose. So I walked up to the now angry Oliver who was now clenching his jaw as he awaited for the inevitable slap.

"You want to know what I want?"

"Show me." He said lowly. Clenching up ready for what ever may come next from me.

But instead of slapping him like my left hand so badly wanted to do, I grabbed he back of his neck and pulled his lips to mine. He froze for a moment before he pulled me closer to him. His arms snaked around my waist and pulled my impossibly closer against him. He traced his tongue against my bottom lip to which I just grinned and pulled back.

"I'm not easy." I whispered trying to pull away, but his arms wouldn't let me.

"And I am glad you brushed your teeth before kissing me."

I playfully punched his arm in retaliation.

"See what I mean about tantrums?"

"My 'tantrums' are just child's play. You don't want to be near me when I am really pissed off." I laughed.

"If this is what happens when you aren't mad, I reckon I do want to be around when you're pissed off." He winked. I threw my head back and laughed.

"You're beautiful, Jane. Don't let anyone tell you other wise." He said seriously, caressing my left cheek with his thumb.  I didn't know what to say to him so I just stared at him wide eyed.

"Come on love, lets get you some breakfast." He said intertwining our hands as he lead us to the door.

"Oliver." I whispered stopping in my tracks. He stopped as well and turned to look at me. "You have a beautiful heart, and don't let anyone tell you otherwise. You aren't your mothers mistakes. You're better than that, you are good."

He smiled at me, a real smile then leaned in and kissed me softly on the forehead.

"I'm in some trouble with you, Janie." He whispered softly, then we headed down stairs.
