*sorry it's late, I was too caught up on things that I forgot to even post a Christmas one-shot. I'm giving you two updates, this one and a New Years Eve one...they might be short so sorry about that. I hope you like this and the other one*
(Y/n) pov.
"Oh Christmas tree oh Christmas tree...uhh la la la la la la la", I mumble the last part and turn to Petra. "Sooooo what did you get Auruo?", my smile getting wider by the minute. I mean who wouldn't smile, today's Christmas!!! "Promise you won't tell", I lift my hand up and say "I promise!". "...well I hope he really likes, but I got him this really nice sweater, mmm what do you think?" I look at the soft, comfy sweater and touch it. It had a little reindeer going over a log and into the snow, cute right? I look back at Petra and smile, "it's beautiful Petra...he's going to absolutely love it". She smiles in relief, and goes straight back to wrapping the gift. I step backwards and look at the Christmas tree, only to bump into a strong chest: Levi's chest. I was smaller than him so that makes me a freaking 'elf' compared to him. "H-hello Captain Levi, w-w-what are you doing h-he-here?" I stutter out. You see, I have this big and I mean really big crush on the Captain. Eren tells me to speak out my feelings to him whenever I get the chance to be alone with him. But...that rarely happens, unless you count the last ten times he's been calling me into his quarters/office. '....I'm so stupid, every time he's called on me I should've told him my feelings!!! Goddamn it. Oh well...lost my chances already', I think. "I'm here to check out the decorations and food you two have been doing", "oh well we've finished the decorations last night as you can see...the food is almost done", I start to fidget my fingers being the nervous person I am whenever I'm around him. "We got this Captain!! This place will be ready in no time", Petra chimes in. I nod my head and look back to where the Captain is, only to see that he's gone. I frown and go over to Petra's side, "you still haven't told him (Y/n)? You know you're going to have to tell him at some point, or he'll never get to know your feelings!", "I know, I know...it's just....I just can't bring myself to it. I mean come on, you've known me Petra ever since we were kids! I'm a nervous and shy person, and whenever it comes to speaking with Levi it doubles the amount!" She looks at me and hugs me, all of a sudden she jumps out of the hug and smiles. "I got an idea...the Mistletoe!", "the what now?", "ughhhhh, (Y/n) you know...The Mistletoe, the plant where two people are under it and they kiss...", "to be honest I haven't heard of that before I'm sorry". She shakes her head and immediately takes a Mistletoe from the tree, "this is a Mistletoe, now I'm going to put it up here, so whenever you and the Captain are under this you guys kiss!!" My eyes widen in shock, "don't you think that's a bit extreme? I mean I won't be able to tell him my fee-", I get cut off, "stupid! That's the deal..once the two of you kiss he'll know that you love him". I nod my head and start with the pound cake Hanji had told me to make.
~Time Skip by Levi's present, Tide Boost lol~
Petra and I take a step back and look at the whole place, and I must say it looks beautiful. "We've done it Petra, we have done it...now it's time to call the rest in". After about a few minutes everyone started coming in piles towards the food and drinks. I looked around to see if Levi were here....but he was no where in sight, I frowned. Once everyone was satisfied with the food they all came towards the Christmas tree and sat down. Petra was the one who called out the names of every present and gave the presents to the specific person (I might've just confused you lol sorry). "And this one is for Levi! From...(Y/n)!! Here you go Levi!". I started to blush red from the present that Petra gave Levi...ohhhhhh I hope he likes it. He begins to open his present and all of a sudden his eyes widen. He smiles ever so slightly and takes the present out. It was a box of Tide wash and a new scrubber, "tch I love it brat", "your welcome", I said softly. I stood up from my spot and walked away, only to find out that Levi was right behind you. "Brat...where are you going?", I jumped a little from the sudden low voice, I turned around. "Oh hi Captain Levi...umm it's loud over there so I came here for some peace and quiet. Why are you here?", "I came to see where you were going that's all...oh and..thanks for the present....I really like it", I blushed when he said that. I smiled and looked up, my face heated up even more...I had forgotten Petra's Mistletoe hanging from the ceiling bar. I looked back at Levi, he arched up an eyebrow and looked up. My head tilted down, a finger stopped my head from going down more. Levi lifted my chin up and kissed me softly, 'h-he-he's kissing me!' I thought quickly. I kissed back, my eyelids closing slowly. I pulled away and smiled, "Levi I-", "don't worry brat...I know how you feel about me now". I smiled wider and kissed him passionately this time.
