Ward knocks on Skye's door aggressively calling her name, hoping she will open up. This will be the fourth time she is late to training this week, and by this rate she will never train enough to become a field agent.
After pounding on the door, Ward soon comes to realize Skye is not going to open up. So, he carefully opens the door. The bunks do have locks in the doors but no one usually locks it, especially Skye, who gave up on locking it after being locked out 6 times within her first week on the bus.
He steps in Skye's room clearing his voice about to wake her up and lecture her about being on time, when he notices the piles of tissue scattered around the room, the cold medicine on Skye's bedside table and the figure in the bed under a large piles of blankets.
Ward walks over to the bed and Gently places his hand on her forehead to find that she is burning up. Skye must have gotten a cold over night. Then Ward remembers the past few days when Skye had been complaining that she did not feel well, and having a small cough. Ward had thought nothing of it and told her to keep training and stop being a baby. Ward feels a little bit of guilt for not listening to her.
He then decides to give her the day off training because if will be no use if she is sick and if she rests now she will recover faster and be back to her normal self in no time.
Ward, turns off Skye's alarm clock, which is set to go off 20 minutes after the two are supposed to meet in the cargo hold to train. And tucks the blankets around Skye to keep her warmer, only her face with a sweet peaceful expression and her wavy brown hair going in every direction remain visible, she looks beautiful as always and Ward can't help but let a smile a little. He then proceeds to pick up all the tissues on the floor and throws them away. He goes to the kitchen and gets Skye favorite tea and places it on her bedside table. Once Ward is sure he did everything to make Skye more comfortable to help her recover faster, he goes down to the cargo hold to train by himself.

Skye wakes up to the sun brightly shining through her little window in her bunk and slowly sits up. She looks around to see that the tissues that she had thrown on the floor throughout the night had been picked up and disposed of, and her blankets have been tucked around her to keep her warm.
She starts coughing and goes to grab a water bottle in her bedside table, but sees a cup of tea. Simmons must have stopped in Skye's bunk earlier and done all of this. Skye takes a few sips of the tea than changes into a pair of yoga pants and a big sweater.
She then proceeds to go thank Simmons for taking care of her, not bothering to brush her hair she is just walks through the bus wrapped up in a blanket with her tea in her hand.
When Skye gets to the lab FitzSimmons are bickering about some way above Skye's education. Skye stands at the door watching them for the two scientist who Skye is convinced they are telepathic with each other, have not noticed she is there. Skye then starts coughing and both heads turn towards her.
"Skye!" Simmons says with her British accent "what are you doing here, you should be in bed."
"Yea, you look terrible" Fitz adds on.
"Thanks" Skye replays sarcastically "I just came to thank you for the tea and for cleaning up my room a little"
The two look at each other confused. "what do you mean neither of us went to your bunk this morning" Simmons says
"Stop trying to be all modest I'm just thanking you" Skye says
"No, Jemma is not lying we have been in here working all morning on-" Fitz says then continues to explain what they were working on but Slye tunes in out because she won't understand anything.
If FitzSimmons didn't do it who could it have been? May would have been flying the plane or meeting with couslon, Ward would have been training. Ward... training, Skye then realizes that she was supposed to train with her SO early this morning.
"Darn it. Darn it. I will never be let off the hook for this one" Skye says, interrupting Fitz's explanation. "Ward will never let this one go"
"What you think Ward made you tea?...please, I highly doubt mister I'm so tough and don't have feelings would do that." Simmons says.
"Right, I think the more possible explanation Is that There is a ghost on this bus" Fitz adds
"No, not that. I was supposed to train with Ward this morning, he told me if I was late again I would be in big trouble...i have to go see you later" Skye says panic hung then turning around out of the lab while sneezing.
She walks to the cargo hold to look for Ward but he is not there just Coulson's red 1962 Chevrolet Corvette, the black SHEILD SUV and the training equipment.
Skye walks up the spiral staircase to the rest of the Bus, deep in thought about what excuse she will use to explain why she was not at training. She is debating weather he would understand that she is sick and must have slept in past her alarm, but maybe not, because Ward is a robot and robot don't get sick, or sleep through their alarm.
Skye is shaken out of her deep thought when she runs into Ward spilling her tea all over herself She looks up at him their brown eyes meeting, she expect him to be mad, but he's not he just have his usual stern expression that makes it impossible to know what he's thinking.
"Before you get mad and lecture me about everything let me explain" Skye says
"Explain what? What did you do Skye?" Ward replies concerned automatically thinking that she spilled all of SHEILD's secrets on the Internet or something along those lines.
"About not going to training, I'll make is up I'll go train right now, for double the time, just let me change" Skye says turning away going to her bunk.
Ward puts his hand on her shoulder and stops her from walking away. "wait, Skye your fine, I understand your sick"
Skye stands there is disbelief that Ward just said it's ok that she missed training "how do you know I'm sick?" Skye asked
"Well there is the blanket, sweatpants and sweatshirt your wearing, your temperature and the tissues and cough syrup in your room" Ward says
"Wait why were you in my room?" Skye asks
"I was trying to get you up for training this morning, but noticed you were sick so I cleaned up your room, brought you tea and turned off your alarm"
"Awe the robot does have a heart" Skye says
"I can't have you sick for our next mission or have you get me sick" Ward says ignoring her comments
"So robots do get sick too" Skye says as if it the most valuable price of information she has ever known about and Ward smile a little but Skye notices it, "and they smile, wow I'm learning a lot about robots today, I wonder in FitzSimmons know this stuff."
"Sure do, now why don't you get changed and I'll make you some soup and we can play a game and you can relax" Ward says
"Ok, and we are defiantly going to play battleship and I will destroy you" Skye says breaking out in a coughing fit afterwards.
"What ever you say rookie."
