-Eriah's POV-

I woke up in a white sanitized room. Where am I? I saw whitely dressed people hurrying to and fro the corridor. Hospital. Why am I in a hospital? I looked at my limbs, feeling nauseous. And sticky. No casts. I tried moving them. Good. Not paralyzed. I tracked my head. I winced as I felt a bandaged covering my head. A head injury. I forced myself to think. Only darkness answered me. Who am I?! I tried sitting, but my body protested strongly. Geez. Amnesia. I don't even remember what I look like. This is insane.

A nurse saw me awake. She gasped with shock. Agad siyang lumabas. A doctor followed her. "We didn't think you'll wake up."

"Coma?" My voice is hoarse. He fetched me a glass of water. After making me drink, he checked me. "What is your name?"

"Can't...remember..."

"Thought so. At least you woke up." What am I going to do? May family ba ko? San ako nakatira? Nakapagbayad na ba ko dito? May pambayad ba ko dito? I trembled with fear. Siguro nasense nung doctor yung takot ko. He calmed me. "It's okay. Someone already paid the hospital bills in advance." I sighed my relief. "W-who?"

"Mr. Marshall King. I believe he owned a part of the lake you crashed into." A car accident, huh? "Amnesia... When?"

"I can't assure you when will your memories come back, but it's okay. We have a shrink here. She can help you find those missing pieces. For now, you need to rest." He smiled kindly to me. I smiled back, my conciousness drifted into the peace of the darkness.

3 weeks later, I was up and ready to go. Unfortunately, I don't know which way to go. An elderly man approached me. "Are you the patient in Room 303?" I nodded my head, wincing as it hurt. "Come. I have a place for you. I'm Marshall King." I shook his hand. "I'm.... Err... The patient in Room 303." He chuckled. "That bad, huh? The doctor told me everything."

"Thank you for your generosity, Mr. King." He smiled kindly at me. "You remind me so much of my granddaughter." Oh. "Let's go."

So yun. Sumama ako kay Mr. King. Ang yaman-yaman pala talaga niya. Ang laki ng bahay niya. And since ayoko namang maging leech, namasukan ako bilang katulong niya.

Hinaplos ko ang mabilog kong tiyan. Oh yeah. Buntis pala ako. Weird.

I sighed, feeling my baby kick.

"Adie?" Tiningnan ko si Mam Adrianna. Siya ang Mistress ng pamilya. Patay na ang asawa niya. I saw her son George sit beside her. Magkamukhang-magkamukha sila, grabe. Kararating lang nila nung isang araw. "I found her floating in our lake in the villa. She was in coma for a month. When she woke up, she remembered nothing. So I took her here in the mansion."

Adrianna smiled at me, concern was shown on her face. But George scowled. "But then you just have to make her pregnant, huh? Guess you really are pretty virile, Grandfather." Adrianna gasped. Mr. King glared at him. "You impudent brat. How dare you talk to me like that?! Apologize to her!" George snickered. "Why would I do that?" Adrianna slapped him. "He is your Grandfather. Apologize!"

"I've had enough of this family! Ever since she disappeared..." George abruptly stood up and went to his room. "Father, I'm sorry."

"It's okay, Adrianna. I understand him. He's the same as us. He wants her found. We'll find her. I promise you. I'll find my granddaughter." His gaze turned to me. "I apologize for that, Adie." I smiled at him. "It's okay, Mr. King. You don't have to apologize. I owe you everything."

"Ano na namang gulo ang ginawa mo dun, ha Adie?" Hay... Mapapagalitan na naman ako.
