Chapter 6

-Eriah's POV-

Nilakad-lakad ko si Ethan. In fairness tumahimik siya. Hay. Ang bigat pa din ng pakiramdam ko. Sana bukas, makapagtrabaho na ko. George saw me in the hallway. "Adie?" He yawned. I sneezed. "Okay ka lang ba?" Kinuha niya si Ethan. Ethan snuggled to him. "Ayaw niyang matulog eh. Iyak siya ng iyak kanina." I yawned, too. Hay... Malapit na palang magmidnight.

"Magpahinga ka na kaya. Ako muna magbabantay sa kanya." I smiled weakly. "Thanks, Georgie."

Kinabukasan, okay na ang pakiramdam ko. Waah. Masundo na nga baby ko. "Georgie. Uy, Georgie." Binuksan ko ang kurtina sa kwarto niya.

He sleepily buried his face on his pillow. "Don't bother me, Adie! I'm asleep!" Tinanggal ko ang kumot at unan niya, only to see him naked underneath. I laughed on how comical he looked like, trying to hide from me. He grumbled. I tossed him his clothes. Ethan was fast asleep in the cot beside him. I gently carried him. His eyelids fluttered open. He yawned, hugging me.

"Gising na, Georgie. Agahan na niyan." He yawned. "Oo na. Labas. Shoo, Adie. Shoo." I giggled, laughing as I strided towards the door. "And don't laugh at me. Geez. Malaki naman siya ah." He checked himself out. "Eewie ka. Yak, Georgie yak!" He giggled. "Shoo, Adie! Kakababa ka ng self-esteem." I giggled. "Dalian mo na kasi."

Sinakay ko si Ethan sa walker niya. Naghapag na ko ng mga plato at ulam sa mesa. Yosh. Breakfast is ready. Si Mr. King ang unang dumating. "Okay na ba ang pakiramdam mo, Adie?" I nodded. Ethan walked towards me. Cute ng baby ko. Georgie came next. Then Mam Adrianna. Then the two Eriah. Then finally, that Klayton man. He just stood there. Whoah. Familiar talaga mukha niya. Then I saw Ethan run towards him. Hinabol ko siya bago pa niya mabunggo yung tao. Hay naku. I heard George giggle. "Excited na siyang maglakad." Hinila ko palayo si Ethan. He squealed. I giggled. "Behave, Ethan."

"Eriah?"

"Yes hon? Here. Pinangreserve na kitang upuan." Binuhat ko si Ethan. "Akin na siya, Adie." Binelat ko si George. He pouted. "Dali na. Adie."

"Georgie, he slept with you last night."

"Eh may sipon ka naman kasi kagabi eh. Nilalagnat ka pa ba?" He pressed his forehead to mine. I smiled at him. "Nope." Then, may bigla na lang nanghila at sumuntok sa kanya. That Klayton person. All of us were shocked. Especially me when I felt his arms around me. "You're alive. You're alive. Eriah. Eriah."

"W-who...are you?" I saw George confusedly stood up. Green Eriah furiously came near us and yanked me from him. "What is this about?" Klay didn't bother answering her. His gaze was fixed on my son, who was already busy playing the buttons of my uniform."Do you know her, Klay? Do you know Adie?" He slowly nodded. "S-she... S-she's my fiancè... She had a car crash... I thought... We all thought she died..."

Car...crash... Water coming inside the car... Can't breathe... Head hurts... Whole body hurts...

I held my head. It hurts. George and Klayton helped me sit down. "Who am I? Sino ba talaga ako?" Klayton got his wallet and gave me an identification card. My identification card.

Eriah...Adeleine...Aust. 25. Computer specialist and informant. MadTech.

I hugged Ethan close to me. He cooed. "M-M-M-Mah...m-mah..." I smiled, kissing his head, feeling my tears fall down my face. "A-Ang galing naman ng baby ko. Ulitin mo. Mama."

"M-m-mah...m-mah!" He squealed, hugging my hands.

"Eriah..." I looked at Klayton. Then, flashes of memories came back to me. I held Ethan tighter to me. Tumayo ako. Klay tried to help me but I shove him off. "Not now, Klay."

George helped me go to my room. Hugging him, I sobbed my heart out.
