The Last Time Lady

The Search

    Calliope's POV

      I am incredibly excited. Had he made it off of Gallifrey alive?! Then I hear the familiar buzz of a TARDIS. I run around the block, only to see it disappear. I know it was him. I run to my TARDIS, slam the door, and set off, looking for him. I have to find him. I visit Satellite 5, and they tell me he had just left. Then I set toward New Earth. No one had seen hide nor hair of him. I figure he has to go back to old Earth eventually, so I simply wander from country to country. Then I, so convieniently, run into a group of Daleks. Super. They have me cornered in an alley. I keep them talking, trying to think my way out of it. Then, out of nowhere, BAM! A huge blast destroys three Daleks at once. They all turn toward the sound of the blast. I approach one and hold my Sonic Screwdriver to it. It instantly shuts down. Suddenly, another blast sends me flying back into the wall. My head cracks against it, and I see stars. I stand up, only to see the world spinning. I somehow manage to take out a few more Daleks, then that's it. Everything is quiet, aside from the ringing in my ears. I look up to see who, or what, had caused the explosions. A handsome man stands in front of me. He looks to be about 25 years old. He's very lean and muscular. His teeth are shiny and straight. My vision starts to go black around the edges. I look him up and down and say,

     "Who are you? Where is my TARDIS?"  He simply smiles at me and says,

     "My name is Captain Jack Harkness. What's yours?" Everything goes black.

Jack's POV

     I catch her before she can hit the ground. A pretty thing she is. She mentioned a TARDIS. I wonder if The Doctor picked up another companion. I carried her back to my ship, and gently set her on the floor. I then wander around looking for a blue box. I see one, and, suprise! It doesn't open. I go back to my ship, then simply steer it to where the TARDIS is. As I hover over it, I lower a cable to pick it up. I then raise it to the cargo hold of my ship. Then I realize that The Doctor isn't the last Time Lord. I know where he is currently, though that happens to be quite a ways away. I set the coordinates, and go check on Sleeping Beauty. As I approach her, I hear her mumbling something that sounds like,

     "Doctor, my Doctor. Where have you been?" She groans and rolls to her side. This is going to be a long trip.
