“Oh parekoy bakit napatawa-------“

“Claire................... Hospital................... Abby.”

HUH??? What’s happening? Bakit hingal na hingal si Drew? Don’t tell me.......tssss... Kinuha ko agad ang cellphone ko sa bulsa para tawagan si Claire para malinawan ko lahat.

“Oh yats my love miss mo na ko agad?”

 

 

Ow, this is bad. It seems like Claire has no idea about what’s really happening right now.

“Yats, nasa school ka pa ba? Drew called, and I think we should go to the hospital as soon as possible. I’ll pick you up.”

“HUH! BAKIT? ANONG NANGYARI KAY ABBY? Wag mo na ko sunduin, dala ko kotse ni kuya, malapit na ko sa ospital.”

 

 

“Oh okay, take care then. I should -----“

She ended the call. She’s too worried about Abby and I can’t blame her. I’m really hoping that Abby’s fine. Kinuha ko na ang car keys ko. Mabuti nalang at tapos na ang meeting ko dun sa isang client.

“Jean! Cancel all scheduled meetings of mine and Drew’s until tomorrow. ”, sabi ko sa secretary ko.

I did not wait for Jean’s word, nagmadali na kong pumunta sa hospital, halos pinalipad ko na ang kotse ko. Yung boses ni Drew kanina, parang takot na takot, halos hindi na makahinga, it seems like he’s catching his breath. I bet what’s happening right now is too serious. I never heard that kind of voice ever since we met.

Shete, ang lakas pa rin ng ulan. When I arrived at the hospital, I immediately saw Claire running towards the elevator. Parang kararating lang din niya kaya binilisan ko ang takbo ko para maabutan ko siya.
