A/N It's finally here. The final chapter. I'm finally writing it, it's been so long, sorry. I needed this to be perfect, that's why it took so long. This chapter will be in third person, for dramatic effect. Without futher ado, I give you, Fallen, the final chapter.

Every eye in the hall was locked on to the epic duel at the front of the hall, on the raised platform, the show of flashing colours, yelled incantations, wands whipping through the air, casting and deflecting faster than seemed humanly possible.

They spun in circles, the stones of the floor under their feet cracking with the power coursing through them. The two men, all of their focus locked on each other, the spells flowing through them, air around them heating and crackling with the energy, spreading through the hall, every person's hair standing on end. The energy felt almost palpable in its intensity.

The dueling seemed to defy all known laws of physics, time ceased to exist, their wands moved so fast, throwing curse after curse, while simultaneously blocking their foes' curses as well. Watching the two terrifyingly talented wizards' fighting was truly breathtaking, they cast their spells in impossibly quick succession, having no time to think, everything fading into instinct.

Their power was equal, they kept escalating, reaching new heights of power never seen before by this world, merely fighting harder, and harder, with no visible end. Every being in the hall was truly mesmerized. The spells flew so fast, people could not register them, melding into a strange time blur, seeing three spells at once, the brain couldn't keep up with the speed of the wizards' power.

The two wizards locked eyes, never looking away, and no one else seemed to exist in that hall, no one seemed to breathe but they two. They were slowly hurting one another, but their fighting was still so matched, each was injured the same amount.

Voldemort threw a particularly powerful curse, pushing Draco back a step. They paused momentarily, Voldemort sneering, thinking he had finally gained on Draco, that he had won. The two stared at each other, and Harry recognized the look in Draco's eye, Voldemort had not beaten him, he had made him stronger.

Draco tilted one side of his mouth up in his half smile, a vicious gleam in his eye. This was such a small thing, a smirk, but everyone who saw it felt the fear it struck, saw that this was not a person you crossed, and in this moment, Voldemort finally saw it too. The most feared wizard of all time, the man who had gone so dark he was barely human, and one smile from Draco, one look into his eye, and he struck fear so deeply into him. He was able to look at the most feared, possibly the worst villan the wizarding world had ever seen, and make him scared for his own life. Diminished him to nothing but an annoying ant with one look.

Draco straightened, still keeping his eyes locked on to Voldemort's. He slashed his wand through the air, cutting a deep gash across Voldemort's face. He set his jaw, slowly advancing toward Voldemort, slashing his wand through the air again and again, silver light cutting through the air towards him.

More cuts appeared on him, some hits just acted like a powerful, invisibe punch.

Draco stopped, lowering his wand slightly, standing in the middle of the platform, facing Voldemort, who had fallen back, near the wall. Voldemort straightened up, facing Draco, trying to pretend he wasn't hurt, wasn't scared of him.

"I could defeat you in my sleep." Stated Draco calmly, "I would like nothing more than to kill you, right now, slowly, and painfully, like you deserve. To make you feel all of the pain you've ever caused anyone."

He paused, letting Voldemort hear his words, letting them sink into his mind. "That would be too easy. I could have killed you at any moment this past year, but I'm afraid that right belongs to another, you might even say it was destiny. A prophecy once said somehing along those lines, but you were too stupid to understand it. You created your own worst enemy, and have failed to kill him many times.
