Luke wheezed his way through the bodies to get right up close to the barricade. It was once again Calum's fault that they were late to the airport and consequently, had to push through people so that they could meet Michael once he got off the plane. The blond held tightly onto Calum's hand, pulling his best friend through. It was honestly not that hard for them, considering most people actually let them through. Luke couldn't believe some people were actually nice enough to let the three of them go in front of them, but he made sure to thank them every time. The closer they got to the barricade, however, the harder it got.

"Keep going." Calum ushered, pushing Luke slightly so that they could go forwards.

"I can't." The blond shook his head. "They won't let me through."

From behind Calum, Luke could hear Ashton sigh, pushing his boyfriend aside slightly so that he could take the lead. With Ashton in front, the three of them managed to get up front, not without hearing the complaints from people behind them and feeling people push them forwards enough so that their ribs were pressed against the metal barricade. They didn't care though, they weren't moving an inch. Luke leaned into the barricade, trying to catch a glimpse of the sliding doors where the punk rock singer was supposed to come from. It didn't take long before the bundle of red hair was seen coming out, blonde nowhere to be seen, much to Luke's surprise.

He waited patiently as Michael greeted the fans at the front, watching as the red haired man took pictures with them and spoke to them for a while. He could see Michael had spotted him from the corner of his eye, holding back a smile as he kept his focus on the one fan he had just walked up to. Luke couldn't help but smile either, feeling his heart rate begin to pick up as Michael inched closer and closer. He kept it quick with Calum and Ash, knowing that they too were waiting for Michael and Luke to interact. The two took a step back, allowing other fans to take their place by the barricade and greet Michael. Luke was starting to get impatient as Michael stood right in front of him, being pulled back by the other fans as to avoid Michael and Luke to speak to each other.

"Hey." Luke murmured, grinning from ear to ear as his eyes met Michael's.

"Hi." Michael chuckled, placing his hand around Luke's neck and pulling him in for a hug. He could hear some fans scream from behind them, but at that moment, nothing really mattered. Michael was hugging him tight and that was what mattered. "How was your flight over?"

"Good, how was yours?" Luke replied, taking his phone and opening his camera app. Michael shuffled slightly, standing next to Luke still with his arm around Luke's shoulder for the picture.

"Fucking fantastic." Michael grinned, looking at the camera. It was only when Luke hit the button to take the picture that he felt something on his arm, causing his phone to fall to the ground with a smack. The laughs that followed made Luke sure he hadn't been the one to drop his phone. He knew someone had bumped his arm on purpose.

He could see Michael's face turn into a scowl, crouching down to take Luke's phone. He turned it over, showing Luke the cracks that travelled from one end of his phone to the other. The blond gasped, already thinking of how much money it was going to cost him to fix it. Michael smiled sadly, handing Luke his phone before taking his own phone out of his pocket.

"I'll handle this one." Michael winked, repositioning himself and scrunching up his nose as Luke kissed his cheek sweetly. He could feel Michael's muscles tense under his touch as he placed his hand on the red haired man's bicep, giving him a small smile as he turned back around to face Luke. Michael looked angry.

"Thanks." Luke muttered, pulling Michael in for another hug.

"It's all good." Michael whispered as he rested his chin on Luke's shoulder. He closed his eyes, not wanting to see the reaction of the fans behind them. "I'll see you tonight at the concert, right?"

"You bet." Luke chuckled, pulling away and watching Michael walk away. The man didn't stop for any other pictures with anyone else. And deep down Luke knew the fans knew why.

@MichaelClifford: So unimpressed.

@MichaelClifford: We're all a family and the fact that you'd purposely sabotage someone in your family for getting a picture is so disappointing.

@LukeLikesBands: i honestly don't care what you people say about me. i know who i am and i know what i'm doing, BUT

@LukeLikesBands: calling me a 'groupie' because michael likes me (AS A FAN) is literally reaching too far

@LukeLikesBands: i pay for my own concert tickets, i pay for my flights, i DONT HAVE SEX WITH MICHAEL. i think this pretty much says it all.

@LukeLikesBands: not a groupie. nope.

@LukeLikesBands: and spreading false rumours about it is very disrespectful to michael and the relationship we all know he has even though he hasn't confirmed it

@LukeLikesBands: not believing in it does not give you the right to disrespect it (me included, not even sorry).

@MichaelClifford: On another note, here's us being very handsome (note: me being handsome, you being very touchy feely👀). @LukeLikesBands

@MichaelClifford: Also, you should all follow me on the Snapchat I have just made: MichaelClifford. You now get to keep up with me being a procrastinating asshole. What a time to be alive amirite?
