Chapter 8 ☀

Alex's P.O.V

Huh. Aria. Cute girl with a cute name. Too good to be true. Probably has some dark past.

"Dude, why the hell are you looking at a contact? Wait, the girl's?"

Ugh, why does he always have to talk? I turned to see the redheaded annoyance hovering over my shoulder. Stupid Adam.

"Back the hell off! Why do you have to be so fucking nosy?"

"Oooh, Alex is mad! Hell, never mind. He's always mad." I turn to my right to see my best friend Felix taking another sip of his drink. "Man, I'm so bored. Nothing to do." Suddenly, his eyes lit up and he said, "Let's search for some werewolves! And create a war with them!" His black hair and his enthusiastic smile hid the real him: the darkest vampire man ever will know. At least when he turns the switch off (A/N: I'll explain what that means in later chapters)

"Dude, first we have to find them, which is boring and tiring. You wanna be more bored?" James said drunkenly.

So let me explain how this works: I'm the leader. I've always been the leader. Most people (who usually don't end up dead) say I'm a bad boy. So what? I like going against the rules. Rules are to keep people in control. But here's the thing: breaking the rules help you get in control. I won't lie, it's confusing. Just read it five more times, and it will start to sink in. If it doesn't, try again. Don't stop until you understand (If you are doing this, you're an idiot).

My partner in crime and best friend is Felix. I'd say he's good looking, but I'm a guy. That's just weird if you say that. He likes to create trouble. You would think he was the goofy one, but he is the most serious. He has black hair and brown eyes, and easily catches the eyes of girls. That's how he catches his prey.

Now, there's James. He thinks his name is out of fashion so he goes by Jay. My friends are the only one who call his real name in front of him, but others think he has no confidence in himself. And he's really shy. Like he doesn't talk at all with others. You'd think being vampire lets you have bad ass lines when you are trying to scare a human. James is more of a sadistic. He feels bad for drinking blood from humans so he usually says sorry after he's done. Lets them go. Before I met him, I would have said he was some pathetic loser, but I guess all vampires have that in them. I discovered it in myself. Oh, and he's a brunette with brown eyes. Also handsome.

Now here's the guy I least like (I know its wrong, but I can't help it if I don't like what he does). Goofy Adam. The damn guy annoys me. Makes comments about everything. Says the same jokes everyday. He's that guy. He has red hair and green eyes. He's average looking. If I kept going, I might not stop.

"I already gonna have some fun. You guys are just gonna miss on it." I smirked as I saw Felix's eyes widen.

"How dare you fucking- " He was out of words. That happens a lot.

"Saw that girl I was talking to? I couldn't compel her." All the guys snapped their heads towards me. (A/N Also will explain that later. Most things you don't understand will be explained)

"So what? She knows about vampires." Adam replied, finally breaking the silence. But I could see James had another idea.

"So there's vampires in this town. And we'll beat the crap out of them. I got you." James said with his hand clapping together.

"How come we aren't included? No, its something else." Felix always understood me.

"This girl- either she knows about us or she doesn't. If she does know, she probably has a bad history. But she won't know I'm a vampire. She'll fall in love with me. Then bam! Her boyfriend's a vampire, and she'll have mixed feelings. And I'll kill her. Of course, there'll be other things."

"If she doesn't know, someone who loves her probably gave her something with vervain. And she probably will fall in love me and she'll see the monster in me. I'll drink from her. Her loved ones will go after me. Ta-da!" I expected some applause, but Felix yawned and James held back a smile. Adam looked at me like he didn't understand what I had just said (that happens a lot). "What's wrong with my plan?"

"Man, it's probably going to take months for her to fall for you. And what if the second possibility doesn't work? You might as well just kill her." James said. Of course he did. He was the smart one.

"And most of all, it'll be BORING!" Felix exclaimed.

"Well, you got any better ideas?" No one answered me. " Alright it's settled."

" I'm going to make this Aria fall in love with me. Then, I'll kill her."

Okay, I'm sorry for the slow update. I have finals next week so I have to study. After that is break so YAY!

I know Alex's plan seems really dumb, but I couldn't think of how him and Aria get to know one another. And I am not saying if she really will fall in love with him. Bye!
