“Okay, we want details.” Autumn says as Kiera pushes me into the house.

I look back at the door and feel a bit of guilt for not answering Jacob’s question as sticking as friends. I probably would have said yes anyway, because I do have a hard time saying no… I think.

          “Kasey, pay attention,” Autumn yells.

“Uh, sorry,” I say. She grabs my arm and then pushes me onto the couch. A lot of pushing, what next, my sister pushes me off a cliff? Well, that is something she’d probably do.

Kiera squeals. “Okay, tell us everything!” she then looks at me with a serious face. “He didn’t try to touch you or anything, right?”

I shake my head. “No, we just went to Denny’s and ate.” I say.

         “What?” Kiera squeaks.

Autumn looks at her and then back at me. She slowly walks over to me and sits down. She’s now wearing her pink pajamas with pandas all over and her dark hair is in a Katniss side braid. Kiera is also wearing her pajamas, a yellow tank top and a black bottom.

“What’s so shocking?” I then ask. “We just went to Denny’s…”

“The thing that’s shocking is that he didn’t try to get with you!” she snaps. “He is Jacob freaking Collin, the player at our school. I swear he’s slept with nearly every girl, and yet he didn’t try and touch you!”

“Well he didn’t, okay,” I say. “Look, I just know that I had an okay time at a diner and he didn’t try anything. We just talked most of the time, about books.”

Autumn starts jumping on the couch. “Oh my god, like seriously? Books are super good ahhhh FourTris forever!” she squeals.

“Autumn shut up!” Kiera says. “You’ve been acting like that since I got back.”

“Well duh I’m almost done with the book, it’s like so beautiful. I’m in love, a fan girl.” Autumn says a squeals again.

I laugh at her, and nod my head in agreement. “Yes the book is great,” I say.

Kiera then laughs. “How are you even a popular girl Autumn, you’re a nerd, an awkward book loving nerd.”

Autumn puts her arms up. “It’s because you love me!” she giggles.

I laugh. “Okay, I’m going up to my room and changing, and then you can tell us about your date, okay Kiera?”

          “Okay,” she says.

I nod and run up the stairs and into my room, shutting the door behind me. I throw off me shoes and pull down my jeans. I take off the dress and walk to my closet. I put on a pink top with cats on it and then blue pajama shorts. I grab my phone from the floor and walk out the door.

“You’re an idiot, you know that right?” Jackie says leaning on the door of her room.

I shake my head. “Thanks,” I mumble walking over to the stairs.

She grabs on my arm. “I’m being serious. I’m looking out for my little sister who’s going out with the boy who crushed her heart four years ago. I thought you were done with him.”
