"be good louis okay? Do as ruby says. I love you." harry said before kissing louis' temple softly and giving him a warm hug. ruby silently rolled her eyes that harry was still talking to louis and not her.

harry got up since he was down on louis' level. he turned to ruby quickly embracing her.
"take good care of my son love, there's some money under my pillow. I want you to take louis shopping. I didn't have time to take him." ruby gave him a forced tight smile nodding an okay.
harry looked down to his watch gasping at the time. he cursed under his breath.
"im late. I have to go. I love you." he barely even touched her lips before he bolted out of the door.
ruby grumbled annoyed as she watched harry leave his parking space.
she looked down to louis scrunching her nose in disgust as she eyed what he's wearing.
"harry left you money and left me not even one penny. let's get this cash to use." she said going to harry's room, taking the money from under his pillow.
she came back with the wad of cash, $200. how much does this kid use? she scoffed at the thought of harry spoiling louis instead of her.
"grab you shit because we're going shopping!!" she said with fake excitement.
louis squealed with happiness 'maybe she likes me now!!' he thought putting his shoes on with a huge smile.

he watched all the stores inside the mall in awe. he's been here so many times but it always fascinates him how pretty and big the place is.
he reached out to grab ruby's hand but she jerked her hand away as soon as louis touched her.
she flicked his arm, louis whimpering at the slight pain his arm received.
he looked around at all the people, afraid of getting lost in the crowd he goes and reaches for her hand away.
"oh my god don't f.ucking touch me!" she whispered in anger so no one else but louis can hear her.
"i-im scared. I d-dont want to get l-lost please." he pleaded extending his hand up for ruby to grab.
she groaned roughly taking his small hand in her larger one.
"only because harry wouldn't forgive me if I lost you " she mumbled walking to the one section louis hated the most.

louis confused followed ruby to the rack of clothes. 'maybe she'll get daddy clothes, how nice' he thought.
"these clothes are too small for daddy silly!" louis giggled watching ruby look through the piles and racks of clothes.
she turned to him with a smirk.
"oh honey. these aren't for harry. these are for you."
"w-what? no! these ugly. I want pretty skirts and dresses!" he stomped on the floor angrily crossing his arms over his chest stubbornly earning the attention of some moms looking for clothes for their children.
she gave all of them a scowl, making them roll their eyes before leaving the section.
she gripped on his arm hard, making sure to leave a mark. louis hissed on pain his eyes watering instantly at the pain he felt.
"listen to me you little c.ock sucker. you don't ever make a scene like that again ok? you will wear as I say because I can't stand looking at you wearing something that's designed for girls to wear." she spat, louis looked down, quietly apologising.
"If youre lucky i won't tell your 'dad' about this incident." louis whimpered already imaging harry's disappointed face. he shook his head.
"no please I'll be good!" he pleaded playing with the fabric of his skirt nervously.
"good. now pick out something you'd like." she grinned evilly watching louis look at the clothes with a sad face.
he nodded picking some out. "none of these are pretty though" he whispered with a pout.
