taylor was caught in the state of texas, where she was tased and arrested. niall felt at ease with the new information, running to harry who was working in his office. "baby, baby! taylor's been arrested." he said, looking to the male with big happy eyes. harry felt a flutter in his stomach, standing up to go hug his boyfriend. it's been two years. two years since the last encounter.
taylor had flown back, seeking harry to kill him. she crept upstairs, calvin, her boyfriend following behind. the door was pushed open, both staring at the sleeping harry. "go on," calvin mouthed, watching her hesitate. "you get the blonde, i'll get him." he whispered, tiptoeing over to the other side. once the deed was done, taylor let out a horrific scream.
"what?! what is it!?"
"it's not them!!! it's not harry! it's not his little boyfriend either!!" she screamed, dropping the bloody knife and crying loudly into her boyfriend. he was hushing her, rushing out of the house as they hopped into the car, speeding off. there were cops investigating the next day, reports of the door being open for quite some time, and screaming was heard.
the police had gotten their fingerprints off the knives and were on a search investigation for two years. niall and harry moved to ireland only a few months before the killing was planned. harry pulled niall into a hug, sighing happily. "we're safe." he mumbled, kissing niall's forehead.
niall smiled back, cupping his cheek with a soft sigh. "we're always going to be safe. you're here. i'd be terrified if i saw you waiting with a bat." niall laughed, taking a seat on harry's lap as soon as he sat down, nuzzling into his neck. "you're working too much, haz. you need to take a break." he whispered, kissing his lips.
"dinner will be ready soon, okay?" he said, smiling and standing up, backing out of the room. "i'm serious, you're gonna work yourself to death!" niall smiled, walking into the other room. harry stood, walking towards the kitchen. "baby, please. my work is the least of my problems. i have to worry more about what we're doing for holiday's." he chuckled, running fingers through unruly tresses.
a shatter of glass stopped harry from moving further, he froze on the spot. niall walked over, eyebrow quirked at the sight. "what's wrong?" he stopped, leaning to look behind harry. his eyes caught the hole in the glass door. he squinted, backing up as his jaw hung ajar. blue eyes widened, looking to harry's body. his eyes gazed at the red spot starting to form on harry's wool shirt. "harry!" he cried, helping him to the floor as he cried.
"harry, please! don't die, oh my god!" he screamed, grabbing his phone with a hand, while applying pressure to the wound. "please!" he cried, rocking himself as harry blinked slowly, breathing heavy. "fucking--help please, my fiancé has been shot and i-i'm home and he was shot from across the street, please, please help me!" niall's screams become faint as harry's eyes close and everything is dark.
niall cried beside him in the ambulance, staring down at him. "please, save him, please!" niall sobbed, curling into himself. they rushed harry into the emergency room as fast as possible, the heart monitor beeping at a constant rate. niall followed the doctors as far as they let him, before he's crying into the hands covered in his wound.
within an hour, a cop burst through the door. "niall horan?" he asked, the blonde raising his hand as tears fell down his cheeks. the cop removed him out into the hallway, hand on his hip. "we have caught calvin harris. we have a good indication that he was the one who shot mr. styles. he was crouched on a balcony with a gun. the owner had knocked him out after a gunshot sounded." he said to niall, who was happy, not happy enough to smile.
it takes fourteen. fourteen long hours. all for the doctor to give niall hard, reliable information.
"niall horan? i'm afraid your significant other is in a coma."
and i'm not kidding when i say, the end.
i'm going to write an epilogue, and yeah you all hate me,
but it's okay ! wait a few days to see the ending.
