I clap as the first years take their seats. In the corner of my eye, I can see Draco looking at me. I turn and smile at him before going back to looking at the teachers.

"This year is a special year," Dumbledore anounces. "For Hogwarts is home to some close friends."

I look back as the doors fly open. Girls in blue dresses enter and start doing ballet or gymnastics. Every single guy is staring at the girl's rear ends. I honestly feel offended. Especially since these girls try to get the boys to.

Honestly, we should get more respect than that. Behind them is a really tall woman in furs. Then a group of males enter. All do flips or fire tricks. I thought the group was cool until bloody Krum enters. I roll my eyes and watch as a cabinet is brought in.

"This year we shall host the Triwizard Tournament," Dumbledore announces. The cabinet melts away to reveal a glowing goblet with blue flames. "The winner shall win eternal fame and glory. But these are not to be taken lightly. Mr. Barty Crouch shall explain the rules."

A man with a trimmed mustache and a Buller hat steps forward.

"Do to the dangers of the tournament, you must be seventeen and older to enter."

People start getting angry and I hear one twin shout that it's rubbish. Nothing else could be heard until lightning cracks. Many scream and duck. A new professor stops it.

"Bloody hell," I mutter. "It's Mad-eye Moody."

He was an Auror after the first wizard war. Quite amazing he'll be teaching us. Everyone starts muttering something. I turn to Draco.

"At least Potter can't get in the papers," Draco chuckles with his goons. He smiles at me and I smile back. He continues on about plans for the year with Crabbe and Goyle. Each thing makes me wander if we are just friends or not.

Parkinson just keeps on trying to get Draco's attention, but fail. I think I heard Crabbe say "Kiss the girl", but I'm not sure. Eventually everyone is dismissed. I sit by the fire in the common room. Draco comes and sit by me and kiss me gently.

"I don't just want to be friends," he informs me.

"But God knows what Ron would do if..."

"We'll keep it a secret for now."

"For now."

He gives me another kiss and we go to our own dorms.
